First time visiting this club. Pretty big planet fitness! Very spacious. Lots of equipments. Newer equipment but not sure if they are maintaining them all that good. The stationary bike I tried first had really wobbly handles. Restroom is very clean. The black card exclusive area is very well maintained.

Good place with ample machines for workout and also as part of black pass I had opted for design your own program. For this a trainer called Dana was assigned to me and she was really patient and walked through all this things I need to work on. Be healthy. Consistency is the key

Love this gym but tonight I took a shower after my workout and there was a strong bleach smell. It was burning my eyes, making me cough, and irritating my throat. Bleach and chlorine should never be mixed it is a fatal mix. Please let the cleaning lady know this. It’s not normally like this, so maybe she used the wrong chemicals together, but it’s a major concern.

many naked old men in the bathrooms. still the best gym in the area. cardio is all away from weightlifters thank the lord and there's actually a pretty good variety of machines, dumbbells, and bench presses and stuff. also there's a pool with like 3 lanes, not a bad pool but not a good one either.

Gym probably gets more hate than it deserves. I've been to almost every commercial gym in the area and this one is pretty much the same as every other gym. Some equipment is often broken, but they have plenty of power racks, Multiples of common machines (Pec deck, leg press, etc). Also their membership perks are some of the best. It's not my favorite gym, but it's still up there in terms of commercial gyms. Yes, this place is ALWAYS packed, but so is every other gym in the area.

Just switched from the other fremont location because of the new weight lifting machines. Great environment but it’s so cold. They need to put the heater up a little more for the 5am people. Other than that it’s so nice and clean everywhere.

I Love this place, but I fully agree with Christopher's review. I transferred to Fremont North, just because the showers in the old building were very cold. Now I transfer back to the new gym on Mowry and they have the same issues as the old place. The Showers Are Cold ❄️ 🥶 I have followed up with PF Staff as recommended .... They Are All Very Nice, Aware Of Ongoing Issues and Want To Help. But the Gal I spoke to said that this is still an issue they have tried to fix it.... But Have No Solution. ...... YES ... 🚿 🥶..... THE SHOWERS ARE STILL COLD.....

Walking in the place has a really positive vibe. Incredibly clean, staff friendly and attentive, much of the equipment is new and up to date , personal trainer gave spot on individualized program because I’m older and needed a specialized work out. It brings me back over and over !

I work out early in the morning. It's not crowded at all, there's no wait for the machines, and I'm able to get in and get out without any waste of time. The facilities are incredibly clean, probably the cleanest I've seen in the gym and several years. The staff is great!

Brand new location. Moved from previous location on Farewell. Showers are ice cold even after waiting 10 minutes for them to warm up. I could get a warmer shower by leaving a spray bottle in the sun for ten minutes. Please step it up. This is a major step backwards from the old location.

I’ve been using Mission Hills Racquet and Swim Club primarily for swimming, and there are several aspects I really enjoy. The outdoor heated pool is a fantastic feature, making swimming enjoyable year-round. The surrounding pines add a nice touch to the ambiance, and the chairs and umbrellas near the pool are functional and serve their purpose well. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The men’s locker room, in particular, is a significant issue. The lockers are often dirty and filled with garbage like food containers, old tennis racquets, and dirty clothes. It can take 10-15 minutes just to find a clean locker, which is quite frustrating. Despite bringing this up with the staff multiple times, there hasn’t been any change. The gym is small but adequate for basic workouts. It would be great to have a pull-up bar added to the equipment available. Overall, while the club has some great features, the cleanliness and maintenance of the locker rooms need urgent attention to enhance the member experience.

Got our family membership about a year ago, we came almost every afternoon on the weekdays. We love those tall trees which provide us some shade from getting sunburned. Also, the manager John is very kind to everyone and keen to help you find same-level hitting partners. Not even mentioned about well-maintained courts and friendly staffs/members. Highly recommended!

I wish there was a way to give ZERO STARS. We signed up our 11 year old for lessons. The kid had zero experience in tennis and we wanted him to learn and love the game. Within 2 weeks, this horrible place made my son hate tennis and develop a fear of coaches. The coaches have zero patience with kids. Making them do laps for making mistakes in 100+ temperatures. Ok, I can be fine with laps because it’s part of coaching in many sports. But then the coach kept telling my 11 year old that he’s wasting her time. How can you say this to an 11 year old? Are you in the business of bullying children? If you don’t like the job, QUIT!!!! How dare you bully my son? Please keep your children safe from these horrible bullies if you love them. They literally ruined any chances of my son ever playing tennis again.

I am only a member of the Fitness center, so this review is just for that. The fitness center is *basic* at best, and in the next 3 months, the club is planning to raise the monthly fitness membership prices to a whopping 69$ a month. Also, they are forcing us to take the swim membership, when some of us will never even use it. Not even high end gyms with FAR MORE amenities (swimming, raquetball courts, basketball courts included) charge that much. At Mission Hills Fitness center, there are - - hardly any group fitness classes - several key machines are missing - the sauna has been shut down ever since I joined. - the studio doesn't have an inbuilt sound system (which would be a given in even a 20$ gym) - the yoga mats are unclean and never, ever wiped - the room that stores yoga mats, foam rollers, blankets is NEVER put together. At 35-40$ a month, these flaws may be acceptable, but this is definitely NOT a $65+ club that it is touting itself to be. How disappointing that the Management is gouging money from the Fitness center members, when they know that beyond the measly locker room upgrades, they haven't done anything to the gym that adds significant value for the fitness only members. Your core business is the Tennis club and you are understandably making great developments there, so increase those fees by all means, but why shoot up the gym fees when there has been virtually no needle-moving change in the fitness center. I have zero complaints for the front desk staff, and the few group fitness trainers - they are all great, and kind, courteous people. All these complaints are for the management and their price gouging which has irked and troubled many of us fitness-only members. Not to be petty, but even the gym coffee that used to be served in paper cups before, has now been downgraded to styrofoam cups, which are terrible for hot drinks (and for your members' healths). Definitely not what a 70$ club would do!

I attended the Adult beginning class. I left this comment because the club claimed to me that all the coaches are very experienced; however, during the class, I haven't heard my coach teaching anything for a beginner to learn basic tennis skills including front-hand, back-hand, steps skills. They asked people to do various running activities without any explanations: asked people to serve the ball out of the boundary and then asked people (as the beginner) to hit the foul ball that usually fell out of the boundary. This is definitely useless and harmful for the beginner to learn the fundamental tennis skills; no one wants to start by learning hitting the ball that is out. The activities were just like free social meetup, and people ended by keeping running on the court and using wrong body actions to hit the tennis ball. Based on that, the club's word is not trustable. I won't recommend anyone who really wants to learn tennis to attend this class.

I absolutely love Orangetheory Fitness, and Steph is a big reason why! Her energy is contagious, and she genuinely cares about every person in the class. Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned member, she meets you where you’re at and pushes you to do your best in such an encouraging way. Steph’s ability to explain the workouts clearly and offer modifications is top-notch, and she makes every session feel fun and challenging. The studio itself is clean, the workouts are always dynamic, and the staff is super friendly, but Steph’s leadership and positivity make every visit something to look forward to. If you’re thinking about trying Orangetheory, definitely sign up for one of her classes—you won’t regret it!

Bwahahahah, one more in the cult ;-) My dad joined up so looks like we'll meet up on Wed in the middle of our two homes. I think this us my 26th different studio this year and it holds up the OTF brand well, The studio is the way I like them, large one room, and no L shape. Equipment and facilities were well tended and the staff were are super helpful, especially with my 75yo dad navigating all the apps and equipment. Thank you! Best part is that Coach Emma who I know from Rose Garden coaching at the Warm Springs location too, who, BTW is one of the best. She is encouraging without being over the top, attentive to form correction, and on top of all the time calls! Look forward to visiting here more often.

Love OT at Warm Springs. All of the coaches at the Warm Springs OT are fantastic. Facilities are clean, parking at this location isn't an issue, equipment is well maintained. The class structure works great for our family. Having the reliability knowing that 100% of the time we make it to class that we will have an efficient and challenging workout guided by top-quality coaches makes achieving our fitness goals MUCH easier. With a toddler at home (and both of us working full-time), we truly feel like we're getting our value. We'd highly recommend Orange Theory to people at all fitness levels.

I LOVE OT warm springs! I’ve been going for about nine months and it has changed my life! I love the workouts. The coaches and front staff are phenomenal! I’ve made friends with classmates. Life is rough these days and OT is such a blessing! I get my stress and aggression out and feel strong and supported. I’ve made a ton of progress and I’m just so proud of myself and everyone around me. Love the supportive environment. Truly the best experience every single time.

LOVE LOVE our Warm Springs OTF location and staff! Works great with squeezing in workouts whenever I can. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. I see a few negative reviews about the late-fee charged, but that's a national OTF policy (not this site specific). You're given a "hard" 5-minute grace period for showing up late during the beginning warm-up because life happens. After that, no class entry is permitted. The fee both encourages you to hold yourself accountable and be on time in addition to respecting the other people in the class. The coaches run a pretty efficient & tight ship. Showing up late means you miss the coach instructions (who are managing 2-3 workout circuits at a time). If people frequently showed up late, late-comers would disrupt class for everyone else. I've been hit with the fee after forgetting to cancel class, and I still agree with the philosophy. Back to being positive: Coaches are great here! I'm newer to the fitness-world and the coaches are great about accommodating for all fitness levels and physical limitations (like being pregnant :)
