This is a great gym with team members who go above and beyond. The whole vibe is welcoming and inclusive. I highly recommend anyone on the fence to give it a try.

The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Despite pausing my account for three months, I was still charged. When I raised the issue with the manager and provided proof of the charges through my bank transactions, the manager denied that any charges were made. I had to escalate the matter to higher management to get it resolved. It was a frustrating experience and a waste of time. I recommend considering another Planet Fitness location.

I meant five stars I was rateing something else and I didn’t real what it said after I was done rateing the other place I recently visited I thought it said confirm so I put 1 star again but this is a really good gym and I like it clean and really great environment friendly people 10/10 Coming again.

Super friendly staff and the gym was so clean. Not very busy at all, and we went at different times of day
