I have been going to this gym for a few months now. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The place is always clean, and being cleaned throughout the day. My Kick off with Paola was great! She offered some very helpful insight, and they body scan is awesome. I am considering booking some training sessions, and look forward to my next body scan to see my progress. Paola has been very helpful planning my journey. I definitely recommend her as a trainer.

Amazing Personal Trainer! I can't recommend Ken enough! From the moment I started training with him, as he took the time to understand my fitness goals and tailored a plan that was both challenging and achievable. His knowledge of exercises, form, and nutrition is incredible, and he always explain the "why" behind everything we do. What truly sets Ken apart is his unwavering positivity and motivation. I’ve been a member of the Crunch East Windsor facility since June 2024 and been working with Kenny twice a week for about four months now. Kenny is great to work with as he understands my fitness needs and goals. He is extremely motivating which makes me push myself each session. That motivation keeps me going on our off days when I’m at the gym on my own. Overall the facility is well equipped, clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The membership fees are reasonable for what is offered. It does get very crowded and at times you have to be very creative in getting a good workout in. Maybe eliminating cell phone usage might help as all can concentrate on their workout and not what’s happening in Social Media for an hour or two. Overall I highly recommended Crunch Fitness and their training group to all that are interested in getting their overall fitness and wellbeing.

Ken has been a great personal trainer in supporting my wellness goals in the past several months. He is outcome focused, and motivational. He is pleasant, kind and gentle firm in challenging me to fulfill my fitness goals, for which I am grateful. I really enjoy the variety of challenges in which he engages me in each session. I am able to see continued improvement in my level of fitness. Ken’s encouragement and professionalism as a trainer is remarkable. He is extremely reliable, punctual, I thoroughly enjoy working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for great quality in a trainer. Thanks Ken
