Two years strong at this gym, and the trainer squad is absolutely stellar! They bring the energy and expertise that keep my fitness game on point. If you're serious about gains and a great atmosphere, this gym is where it's at! 💪🏋️♂️

I love Energy Fitness! The gym is always clean, always comfortable and always a good vibe when I am their! Staff is all accommodating and helpful. They offer free towel service also which is a big plus! Plenty of state of the art equipment and all of the trainers and instructors are knowledgeable. Never overcrowded! Highly recommend.

My mom convinced me to come here best decision I ever made. I get nervous when I'm around people but the staff here made me feel comfortable. The owner Steve is a great guy he will treat you Like your his best friend. I've made a lot of progress since I've been coming here if anyone needs a gym they should check out here because it's a very great place to work out. And there's no pressure by anybody.
