Nice location. Has all equipment needed and well maintained. We have been working out here for the past several months with no complaints. We have 24/7 access which fits our schedules. Plus this is where the local High School sports teams work out, so afternoons are kind of busy. Late night workouts are great and quiet.

It is a new journey for me, my little baby steps are big for me. 1 mile is nothing for some but for me it's a very big accomplishment. I love going there the staff there are very helpful and it's not crowded, which is good for me! I won't go if it is because I feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend it.

Love this place. We use the Silver Sneaker pro gem. The staff is exceptional and so is the equipment and classes. The only thing that would make it better is if the walking trail was better maintained

Staff are amazing, exercise classes are fun and effective. Everything in the way of equipment/free weights to workout all muscle groups. I highly recommend it!
