Best Gyms with Cardio Machines near City-of-industry, California

I've been to many gyms all around the area and this for me has been one of the best experiences I've had. I've had the pleasure of working with some trainers and Coach Gee is an amazing Coach and I have to say that she is extremely knowledgeable in her craft. Her classes are fun, challenging and sweaty. Coach Gee is friendly, informative, fun and have an extensive background not limited to boxing and the workouts she offer are amazing. Keep it up Coach Geraldine! Five star for her!!!!! As for the facility its pretty nice but it needs more cleaning and should maintain the cleanliness.

I've taken boxing conditioning and boxing skills and technique classes with COACH GEE and she is an amazing Coach. I've also had her as my personal trainer in boxing. She was a great trainer and made me feel very comfortable and confident. She also educated me in the importance of nutrition. Coach Gee is a very considerate and passionate Coach. I'm looking forward to having her as my personal trainer again. I enjoy working out at this gym. It's always clean and the staff is very welcoming.

UFC Industry Gym has good boxing one on one training. The group sparring sessions are awesome, positive energy, and great sparring teammates. I recommend this gym and boxing program to anyone who wants to learn the sport of boxing

I miss living by this gym. Especially after trying out others, this was the best. But this post I’m highlighting Coach G. I remember Coach G when she started her boxing journey. She was 100% all in. She always learned from the best coaches and applied what she learned then transitioned it to being a coach herself. You know everything she taught was top notch because she was a sponge to her multiple coaches. There’s a reason why her classes are always full and she was always booked. I highly recommend her.

Don't go to this gym. They sell personal training sessions to. you, and the trainers are super flaky. I had less than 5 training sessions, and 2 of the times, the trainer did not even show up. when I tried to ask for my money back, the manager at the gym. gave me the run around. I've spend over 2400 dollars on personal training and they won't give me my money back. You are better off going to F45.
