In my over 40 years sport live never seen such a carefree attitude towards the client! at any YMCA in NJ, PA, MD and CT. Аt any YMCA in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Connecticut everything was resolved within a minute without any problems. Need to update a contract from a simple to a family one, no problem, they told me the difference in the bill and all without wasting my time on drawing up a new contract. I came to you not to waste time on drawing up contracts, only for train or just relax! The terms of the contract are completely unacceptable, as they presented it to me. Suggest that your 11 year old son wait you in the hall while you practice or sign a 1 year contract for your son for $320 because there is no option to purchase a 1 day pass and there is no option to include it in your existing contract! In a 1 word, unprofessional!

We love training here to get us in shape for the big waves. Strongly recommend the yoga classes to keep yourself flexible on the cold winter days.

This place was ok but it’s a little run down now. I had a couple of problems with their billing as well. Found out they were overcharging me about $20/monthly for about 2 years. It was impossible to speak to a manager. They just kept asking me to e-mail him but I was ignored every time. When I tried to cancel, they told me they were still going to charge me for another month even though it was a week before the billing date. They were pretty rude about it even though I was a regular for almost 4 years. They know they’re the only gym in the area and treat you as if you need them. But there are other gyms you can still drive to

The gym is trash and so are certain people who come here. They will literally walk away from a station and not come back and then when you want to use it all of a sudden they using the machine. It’s a public gym !! If you wanna hog a machine it’s time to build yourself a gym at home. These people will ALSO use two machines at once and it’s incredibly ridiculous because we are all there for the same reason. Also on Sundays there’s people who go to dance and play loud music in the private room where you want to workout in peace so that’s another thing .

Well maintained place. Place has good amount of cardio machines. Pool for kids, cycling classes, lot of other classes like boxing, etc.. people working here seems nice. Overall a great place to come workout. Keep up the good work. 👍👍👍
