Great gym , lots of free weights, machines squat racks athletic training area and outdoor training area. The owner Mike is very friendly and personable, great staff very clean facility and the members are friendly. Can’t recommend it enough.!

Awesome place, has all the equipment I need. The owners make it more pleasant with air refreshers. Along with being able to control the music its a great gym. Wish I found it sooner.

I hadn't exercised in years and even when I had in the past, it was always part of a fad diet that I'd end up giving up on; when I came to Snap Fitness Pearland I realized how out of shape I actually was. I signed up for training with Mike twice per week and within less than a month I saw results! The pictures of my progress were actually taken about two weeks apart--I've honestly dropped 2 pants sizes in the last few weeks. The staff are all kind and helpful, and the facility is kept very clean. Very happy to be training here!

24 hours, which is the biggest plus for me. Small town feel, you'll see the owner almost every day. Equipment is always repaired quickly. You will probably want to bring your own clips.

I’ve been coming to Snap Fitness 10+ now and the staff has always been professional and helpful. They are always walking around making sure equipment & facility is clean and everything is working correctly. They are open 24/7 and that always helps since my schedule is all over the place. You have to badge in and there are camera so I feel safe even coming in the evening if needed. I cannot recommend Snap in Pearland enough and that’s why I’ve stayed here for 10+ years with no plans on leaving this gym. Mike and his team are always so friendly and there to help or answer questions if needed but never overstep or disturb your workout, so if you’re in the area definitely check them out.

I have been coming since January and can honestly say it’s a great facility. Staff is super friendly and they always keep the saunas, showers and restroom clean. Only issues I’ve had has really been with rude patrons, ppl coming in the sauna and keeping the door open while they talk… and being generally rude. However, that’s not an everyday thing and it happens everywhere. I really enjoy the classes and the ability to go at my own pace. I absolutely love the ability to schedule and see if a class is full or not before even showing up. I’m a fan so far, and I’m looking forward to using the gym more often. There is also a space for weights, outside the sauna, which is a great change of pace if you want to do something different. Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy working out in the sauna.

BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE!!! I'm so sick of this place, my wife has been trying to cancel her membership here for the past 4 months and we keep getting charged month after month. She goes there in person to tell them and they said they will take care of it and they don't.

LOVE IT , so happy there's a location close to me! It feels so good to stretch and sweat 😓 in a controlled heat that's beneficial down to cellular level. Super clean ,EXTREMELY friendly staff. Can't wait to go again. Membership is good price!

Employees are very nice. Facility very clean. One of my favorite showers out all locations. However, the FX Zone is TINY TINY & they seem to always be restocking , unboxing , and cleaning during work hours. Leaving half of the area unable to use. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking to do your own work outs as well..

WAY better than the other gyms in the area. They actually use the AC (looking at you, Dynamic Fitness). The equipment is all new and higher quality than most commercial gyms. 24 hour access. Music on the PA system may cause cancer. The app is a little buggy but apart from that, great job.

I love how it’s not crowded and very quiet has 24 hour access and is very clean the machines wipes are in weird places but everything is great more than enough equipment and room to move around. And I don’t have to deal with workers hounding me or peoples loud grunting and moaning noises. Best gym I picked and im sticking with them plus they are 3 minutes away from my home.

Pros: - Very clean - Good equipment variety, especially if you prefer strength training. - Never super busy; even at peak times there’s less than 5-6 people there Cons: - no paper towels in entire facility; was a problem when I cut my hand on a piece of equipment and also when I saw someone spill their water bottle accidentally - there should be floor to ceiling mirrors by the squat racks to check proper form - there is no way to report maintenance issues; there were flashing lightbulbs for weeks before they were changed and it was very bothersome to the eyes - parking can be a challenge because it’s next to the movie theater Overall it is much better than most gyms in the area. With a few minor improvements it could easily be the best local gym!

Love this gym! It has everything I need and includes equipment for both beginners and professionals. The gym is always clean and opened 24 hours. The private sauna is the best part and is perfect after a long workout.

Great peaceful place to get your workouts in, only suggestion would definitely be to add mirros in front of the squat racks. Some folks like to make sure they're keeping a proper form when doing some heavy lifting and mirrors would definitely be a key for that!

Typical commercial gym nothing special. I will say this equipment is top notch reliable. I hate that I can’t find clips so I had to get my own. I notice a lot of people at night sneak into the gym, and the occasional little kids running around the gym. But for $15 a month you can’t beat the space and the amenities that you do get. For average gym person it’s great diverse, nice, and people are caring. Only big thing that i have is accountability for members I don’t know if it’s an education thing but wiping down, and just over putting weights back and unracking bars would be nice. This place should have rules and gym education for people to be courteous to others.

I’ve been a member of Dynamic for many years now, and it’s easily the best gym I’ve ever been to! The facilities are always clean, the equipment is top-notch, and there’s a great variety of machines and weights for all fitness levels. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The trainers are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your progress. The classes are challenging and fun, and I’ve seen amazing results since joining. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating environment! Mik is the best!

So I went to the gym today with my child because my child was out of school due to the snow storm and she asked to go to the gym with me. I have seen other patrons up there with their child or children that are younger than ten years old and there were no problems. The general manager (mind you I’ve never seen this person the entire time I’ve been a member at this gym) told me he was the general manager. He walked up to me and asked me how old my child was. I told him my child’s age and he then proceeded to say that we must leave because she’s too young to be in the equipment. I told him that I couldn’t leave and could she just sit there until I’m done working out. He said no and was very aggressive with me and told me to get out now. He said if I didn’t leave my child that he would call the police. I wasn’t leaving fast enough so he became very verbally aggressive with me and very nasty and rude and called the authorities. I’ve never been treated this way and he treated me very inhumane… I’ve been a member at this gym for a very long time but I can guarantee you I will not be back after being treated like I’m scum at the bottom of the shoe. This is and was a very frightening and terrifying situation for me and my child and I wouldn’t want anyone to experience this in their life. I didn’t do anything to deserve this treatment… if I could give them a negative rating, I would give it to them…

It’s a clean gym. Has good equipment. However, if I ever have a problem, I feel like I get the run around. When I had issues with accessing the gym outside staffed hours via app unlock, the app wouldn’t allow me to enter. After months on end of staff temporarily fixing the issue over and over, it took time and effort out of my life to figure that they had a clerical issue with my name which caused the doors to not allow me in. I was frustrated because I would get ready to workout on several occasions and was forced to go home because of this issue but I learned to make peace with that. Another issue I have is that the gym markets “24/7” access but they do not include the fact that during holidays or if they have to supposedly do repairs or upgrade equipment, they will not allow you in. And they will not inform you if either of these things are happening or put a sign saying the gym will be closed ahead of time. I am really tired of being disappointed for a gym that seems to have problems time and time again but seem to have no problem taking the money out of my bank account.

After the recent renovations, I will change my review and write the truth. It has now become the best 24-hour gym in Texas. 💪🏋️ The place is very spacious, the equipment is new, and the cleanliness of the facility has improved significantly. 👍 I recommend everyone to come to this location and enjoy it. 😊

I love the pool. Sometimes it's a little more people than I like, but sometimes like today, I had my own lane for most of my hour session. The dressing room and bathrooms are cleaned. One slight note, they ran out of complimentary bags to store your wet clothes. No big issues. Update: they have bags, but they don't have a swimsuit water extractor machine! We need that! Love the pool and the pool dressing room. It's small, but it works!

Recently upgraded and redesigned with a more spacious and functional layout. Lots of improvements and renovations. With it’s consistently stacked group fitness class schedule, lap pool, dry sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and basketball; 24 Hour Fitness stays ahead of the industry, and shows why it remains the most valuable and amenitized option for its members, and Pearland residents.

terrible employees. That gym stays filthy. Terrible members… they don’t know how to take care of equipment, and clean up after themselves. Terrible front desk service… If they’re ever at the front desk. Basketball court stayed dirty. Suggested they clean it multiple times to no avail. most of the equipment there is broke. The new equipment etc won’t last long.

I’m extremely disappointed with 24 Hour Fitness Pearland. I arrived on New Year’s morning, ready to kick off the year strong, only to find the gym closed despite their posted holiday schedule saying otherwise. The issues don’t stop there. The gym is poorly maintained—dust accumulates under and between equipment, and cleanliness is clearly not a priority. For a facility of this size, it’s shocking that there’s only one leg extension machine and an overall lack of leg equipment. They recently replaced their treadmills, but the new ones appear second-hand and are often broken. The dumbbells are scattered all over the place, making it hard to find the right weights. While I understand customers play a part, management should take responsibility for resetting equipment daily. Overall, this location is falling short of basic expectations. I hope they address these issues soon.

This Anytime is my go to while I’m in the area. One of the first things that stood out to me is how incredibly *clean* the entire facility is. From the bathrooms and showers to the gym floor, it's clear they take cleanliness seriously. I especially appreciate the use of microfiber cloths and cleaning solution instead of the usual paper towels, this prevents the trash cans from getting overloaded, which is often a problem at other gyms—especially over the weekends. The equipment selection is impressive, with a wide variety of machines to suit any workout routine. They even have two StairMasters and a Jacob's Ladder, which is perfect for anyone looking for a killer cardio workout! What really impressed me, though, was the extra mile they went by welding the landmine row bar into its sleeve and even welding the handle onto the bar. It’s those small, thoughtful touches that show their commitment to providing a top-notch experience for their members. Highly recommend Anytime Fitness for anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped gym!

One of the best equipped Anytime Fitness Gyms I've visited. The staff and patrons were very welcoming and seemed more like family than gym goers. Will definitely visit again when in the area!

Since the new owner, Charlie, took ownership of this location he has made some HUGE improvements. Before he came along, the equipment was outdated, the gym was dirty, and it wasn't ever properly staffed. The gym has been reorganized with a more efficient layout, he added a new deadlift zone in the free weight area, new equipment is arriving almost daily, and the amenities that were recently added to the restrooms are amazing (towels, toothbrushes, hair ties, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, deodorant, etc.). As a member, these improvements mean a lot because it shows that the owner cares. After talking to Charlie, you will immediately feel at home and always welcome. You can tell he genuinely cares, not just about his gym, but about his members experience and their fitness goals. No excuses, ladies and gents. This place is legit!

Nice facility. Travel a lot so I see a lot of AF's. Equipment-wise, would put this one on a 7-of-10 scale -- adequate mix of equipment. Facility was clean with stuff in good shape. Would return to it the next time in Houston.

I love this gym. First, it has everything I need- machines and free weights. It’s clean and tidy and the staff is always nice and helpful. The equipment always works and, if there is an issue with equipment, it is fixed immediately. I love that we get a key fob and that it is open 24/7.

Very excited that I found this gym. I have never done CrossFit before but I was looking for something that provided strength training as well as functional movement. Cosmic CrossFit does a great job with programming and I absolutely love Sue. Cosmic has all levels of athletes in their program and workouts can be customized for these levels. The short bus crew at 8 AM is exactly what I needed for my soul. Good people who like to move their body. 🤗💚💪🏼

My husband I recently started working out here, it’s definitely challenging, and makes us do something new with every class that we attend. The coaches are super supportive and helped us a lot to get started on with the weights, Susan and Abraham pay special attention towards our posture, and try to encourage us to do more with each class that we attend. The owner Mike is also around to take classes, and he’s been great as-well! The place is kept nicely, it’s huge and the community they’ve built is a lot of fun to be around.

Great gym! Community is great, coaches are very helpful with movements and encourage me to push harder. I’ve improved so much in the last 2.5 mths back at CrossFit. I do feel my motivation is back joining this gym.

As another reviewer stated, a platform or solid surface for the squat rack would be nice. Also, for those of us with no sauna experience, a heads up that you need to start priming this thing before you start your workout so it will be up to temp in an hour when you're finished. I've been in here 10 min and it's only gone up 13 degrees. As for the gym itself, top notch equipment, it's always dead in the early afternoon when I come and nobody bothers you at all. No locker rooms but there are restrooms and everything has been really clean so far.

Great gym. I was able to join easily on my phone in the parking lot and immediately walk right in. I was relieved that it didn’t smell like the nail salon next door. The price is reasonable and reminds me of an anytime fitness with better equipment and free weights. The two times I’ve been, I have had the gym to myself. They indicate there is per session pricing for the sauna if you don’t have the sauna membership, but I haven’t been able to figure out the price. I also read you could take a guest, but I’m not sure how that process works either.

Get the squat racks off of the turf or put down platforms, and I'll delete this review. Irresponsibly dangerous. Edit: To the owner, I'm trying to prevent a potential lawsuit because I like your gym. Anyone that has ever lifted a barbell knows it is incredibly dangerous to do so on squishy, unstable turf. Reach out to me and I'll deal with Matrix for you. They have put you in a compromised position and are taking advantage of you, or they are possibly just willfully ignorant.

Best fitness center I've ever been to. Nobody bothering you as you pretty much have the place to yourself. All of the equipment is the most modern equipment in use today and it's much larger than I expected it to be. Can't go wrong here. Especially for the price!!

Cons-The gyms ac is always around 75 degrees the fans aren’t ever on , the restrooms are disgusting.. I don’t know how someone is managing to get blood all over the sink & walls like what are you doing in the restroom why is there blood splatter, there is hardly ever any wipes for the equipment clean up .. pros- the gym is well equipped & is private … just wish they would actually put some care into the establishment like keeping up with the restrooms cleaning & etc.
