I absolutely love Haven Training Center! The environment is clean and has all the right amenities that I need for my workouts. I am currently training with Francisco for over a month now and I am so happy to see how stronger I am both mentally and physically. Francisco listens to your needs and provides exceptional training that produces actual results all while having fun working out. I am in great shape and in good hands with my trainer. I highly recommend checking out Haven and if you need that extra push and support with expertise, ask for Francisco!

Working with Francisco at Haven Training Center has changed my life. He is kind, patient, and driven. His passion for health and fitness is infectious and I now consider him a friend. If you are looking for a low-key gym on your own or to spend time with a trainer to guide you and help you achieve your goals, Haven is the place to be. Run, don't walk (or if you're me, walk slowly and lift) to Haven Training Center. You won't regret it. Thank you Francisco for your hospitality and passion!

Haven has been such a great community for us to stay healthy. Christian is an excellent trainer! He explains proper form to avoid injury and offers variations of each movement so classes can accommodate any experience level. The environment is very encouraging and not intimidating. The equipment is great! Very clean and we'll maintained.

Possibly my favorite gym of all time. We’ve been coming here seasonally for three years now. The place gets better each year. They have everything you would ever need for strength and conditioning, cross fit and functional workouts. The trainers are top notch. I don’t do the small group classes myself, but they are well structured and pack more into the time than you would ever do on your own.

I've been going here for a year and a half they're definitely pushy always pushing you to get a trainer. Machines always broke. It was really busy before they opened up the other one so now it's pretty dead. The manager he's very cocky. I like the old staff I'm assuming they move them to the new site. We got an email saying they were going to start charging more the beginning of 2025 even though you're still on contract your annual dues aren't due yet for the price was going to go up according to the manager and your paying for what machines you can't get on.. So what's the point of having a contract and paying annual dues if they can change the price anytime they want. I thought you were locked in on that price That's what they said in the beginning. they did not refund my annual dues even though I didn't stay the whole year because of their price changing. They give you the runaround call this number then you call the number then they asked for a reference number that the manager never gave you because he never put it in. You going in circles and they don't handle it third party doesn't handle it so nobody can answer or do anything for you. Shouldn't be that hard to cancel a membership ask about your membership and your annual dues. No thank you I rather go to a Parks and Recs Center that has similar equipment less crowded machines that actually work.

Just expressing the concern that homeless people are allowed to sleep in the massage chairs. I went in to get an after workout massage where a homeless woman asked me to scan my badge so she could continue sitting there and when I sat down in my massage chair I noticed her scratching her skin aggressively and it made me concerned for infections like scabies. I've often walked away from the massage chairs smelling extremely dirty and I have seen homeless people sleeping in the chairs on a regular basis. Make me concerned for cleanliness. I do not feel comfortable in the massage chairs anymore.

Convenient location, good equipment, but inconsistency with conducting business. I signed up for a 7 day free pass I used it one day and the young man at the desk gave me the go-ahead after getting some info from me. I tried work out the next day, and had a different young man tell me I had to set it up with “them" I assume he meant a trainer.... They he explained to me that I couldn't use a 7 day free pass because I was not from the area, although I expalined I was conducting business now in Palm Springs, but I was from 29 Palms. He told me since I had previously purchased a 1 day pass, the 7 day free pass wasn't available to me. (I used it the day before). He went on to tell me about the available membership options and I told him I'd be back someday to get a membership. When I left the building he called out to me and asked if I'd worked out already which obviously I didn't because he just told me I couldn't use the pass. He said that the manager said I could workout. I politely declined. The answers I got and flip flopping from employees and their managers made the whole interaction confusing. The young man who's name started with A did his best, but I think it's more of a management needs to look at standard operating procedures. Unfortunately, I won't be back eventhough I thought this would be my new spot.

I came to visit for a month in October and was pushed into a higher membership to just pay for a month. I was told to let them know at the end of the month to cancel the membership and it would be fine. Turns out the cancellation process goes through a third-party and is extremely convoluted and they require 30-days notice to cancel. They said they couldn't adjust it because it went through the third-party. So now I'm paying an extra month at their highest rate and I feel like I've been taken advantage of for a gym that was overcrowded at all hours of the day. I wouldn't recommend this gym if you are visiting the area. Not worth the hassle or stress.
