Alice is a wonderful welcoming Jim. They have amazing instructors, Caitlin, Margey, Jackie, Sara Kristen Kate, Michelle, Marissa Heather just to name a few everybody. There is well educated well organized, and phenomenal instructors. She will have a great experience there. I highly recommend it.!!!

Scammy place, tired equipment. If you come at peak hours out of order items may force a wait. Service is very poor from more managerial level staff. They could use a reinvestment and a management change. I recommend looking at other gyms in the area.

Great gym to work out at with lots to choose from. I never have to wait long for any equipment. Staff and other members are friendly. I'm big on clean locker rooms. The facility is well kept. Good local gym without the overwhelming corporate look and feel. The community is nice and feels safe at any hour. It's tucked away in Newton Square's Ellis Preserve.

I tried very hard to make this gym work, but it was a terribly rocky few weeks with no resolution. I was charged twice for the initial fee, then incorrectly for the first month. I tried to rectify this, ten times I went to the front counter or called looking for a manager. I am not exaggerating in the least, I tried to resolve the billing issues ten times. The manager finally called me back, and would not allow me to resign from the gym. The gym is fine, nothing fabulous, but functional. I am surprised at the amount of unsupervised children, in spite of the daycare.

I have been a member since 2006…obviously it’s a wonderful place if you’re a member this long.The staff is like family. I got my personal training certification & did my training hours at Ellis. They are encouraging & extremely knowledgeable. No better gym in the area. Fit & Fab is a great motto to describe this gym 💪🏽❤️
