Ari is amaaazing! I’ve had constant/daily headaches for almost 2 mouths. After 1 massage, they’re gone. It’s been a week now, and I’m thrilled. Have now done a workout with Ari and feeling the burn, but it’s a good one, and I can’t wait to go back, and continue to get stronger post cancer!

Would I recommend this gym - ABSOLUTELY 💯! Arielle has worked hard to bring her dream to life. To create a gym where you are welcomed like family. The 24 hour access is a plus for those who have a busy schedule. Staff hours are also available to give a tour and end your workout with a protein shake. Your body was made to move no matter what your age . This gym will help you meet any goals. there are classes available as well as personal training and massages.

She designed a rehab program focused on strength training, pain management and soft tissue work tailored to my specific injuries that has brought about true and lasting healing. Been going to this gym since January. Very easy to go workout using 24/7 gym access per month. No contracts at all, and the staff are very helpful and they do provide various classes from yoga to HIIT. They do have day passes for those who need your workout fix, especially if you are a vaccination visitor. I’m a local and this place has helped me build my confidence and physical fitness levels well now in my 30’s. Love this place so much.

Arielle is the best. Her massages are customized and thorough. I always leave my aches and pains on her table :) Her knowledge and passion knows no end and she always has the right solution for my personal plateaus. Hawthorneology is a place that offers solutions through expert guidance and state of the art equipment. I love going there each and every time.
