Extremely nice. Equipment is very well maintained. Clean. COOL! Kara is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with on learning the equipment.

Very nice gym. Always sparkling clean and well-light all times of the day and night and if you visit during staffed hours, the Pokrop family are great people!

Truthfully/honestly haven't been there since Feb of this year do to medical reasons. Before this issue,loved this place!! Well Clean the owners are awesome to talk with,very helpful n knowledgeable with the machines. Help out if ya need a spotter. Climate control,believe Satellite music,cameras for surveillance inside n out. Great men n women that are members,that I got to meet,chat with ask questions,spotters,return the favor as well. Team family all achieving n striving for there goals,maintaining,staying fit/active. Look forward to getting back there when time allows!! 💪🏼😎✌

TOP NOTCH staff and gym. Always open and clean. Staffed by owners who are super personable and always very helpful. Love coming to the gym and our family has benefited from such a fantastic facility so close to home that is accessible and affordable.

I workout here 4-5 times a week. The staff is friendly and helpful! Also the equipment is well kept and clean.

Exactly what a guy needs in a gym. Open 24 hours and they have a lot of free weights (many gyms are full of cable machines and no regular weights). Opening the door via phone app is very convenient. Treadmills are brand new. Mini split A/C units are brand new so air quality is good. Saw the new spin bikes for the room being converted to spin class room...will be a nice addition. The gym isn’t big and bright like the common chain gyms. In my travels, I’ve been to about a half dozen different Planet Fitness gyms and, although PF is fine, I’d prefer this type gym over PF since they have more free weights and I like how equipment is broken out into smaller/separate rooms (more privacy). I was only a guest at Frystown Fitness for a day while I passed through town but I did have a good experience there getting a good run in on the treadmill, some deadlifts, etc.. Wanted to take time to write this and give props to a quality, local small business. Coffee shop on 1st floor under the gym is good too...great cup of coffee.

Great gym! Safe and clean environment. Equipment in good condition. Would 10/10 recommend it.
