My first experience at this location was a delight. Sean is customer centric as I experienced a welcoming open safe and beautiful environment. Equipment is new and procedures are 1st class. I have been to a few different gyms in my life and all of them have the same experience. Everyone is judgmental of new clients who don't fit the perfect health bill. But when I walked in to this place the staff was very inviting and informative of all they had to offer. I signed up as soon as I could because I'm excited to start getting fit in a place where I don't have to worry about judging looks from the other patrons.

Love this gym. Great staff, Scott, Jessica, and Joann. Clean, plenty of equipment, very helpful training. Friendly clients. Open 24 hours. What's not to like?👍

Nicest mom and pop small business owners you’ll ever meet. Anytime I’ve ever needed to get in touch with them they reply very quickly and are always willing to help. Ken is constantly keeping up with the equipment, and upgrading the gym. It’s small and can get alittle crowded especially with all the youngsters at a certain times, but most everyone is always polite and kind. They have all the basic necessities a lifter would need.

Great Gym, has everything you need for a quality workout. The gym equipment continues to improve. It's a nice small business as you get to meet the owners and support a small business.

Nice gym for the area. Their vistor prices are a bit steep for the day. They should add a 1 week pass for visitors with friends who have membership. Clean and well lit, has most equipment. Good conditions. Has lockers if needed.

Price is more than fair ($30 to join, $30 a month) and what I like about it is that it is a gym, but it is primarily a weight room. All of the standard stuff that a gym has, including a shower facilities, are there. But this is a gym that seems to primarily cater to strength training, even if it's not "meathead bodybuilder or power lifting" strength training.

I joined a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with the little gem! Very clean and staff/owners are so very friendly and helpful! Membership is very affordable. Even through this heatwave we’ve had, the gym stays at the perfect temperature :)
