Best Gyms with 24 Hour Access near Michigan-center, Michigan

Terrible gym to join great for the gimmick of 24 hours, but the second YOU want to cancel your membership after being a membership for several years. They give you the run around for days and days and days. And explain that you will be charged in additional two payments.

We struggled with this gym while we lived locally. However the real struggle began when we cancelled our membership. We moved out of state, contacted the gym and filled out the necessary forms. We then had an e-mail exchange with the manager Marcus. He assured us on Oct 3rd that no more charges would be deducted from our bank account. It’s Oct 21st and my “membership fee” was deducted….again. Do not trust this gym with automatic payments. They will continue to steal your money after you cancel your membership.

So honestly this review is more of a praise for my trainer, Madison, at this location...after being with her for nearly a year I can say that she is one of the best trainers I have ever come across. She has both a personal and personable approach, and she cares about her clients on a level I have not experienced from any other trainer at this gym (or it's other location in my town). She's always available to reach out to for questions, she works with you on scheduling, and she makes you feel like you matter personally. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer at this gym!

Excellent gym that's clean and well organized. Lots of equipment and the gym has excellent security. I was very impressed with the trainer that I met with. She was awesome and gave me some excellent suggestions for improving my work outs. I'm far from a gym dude but I felt very comfortable at Anytime Fitness

I've always enjoyed the clean and friendly environment of Anytime Fitness in Michigan Center. However, I encountered an unusual situation end of 2019 when trying to add my daughter to my membership. Sparing the details, a wonderful and extremely polite employee, Joey, was able to finally put to rest the situation that drug out over a year of my time. Joey's amazing commitment to follow through to the end, was refreshing to see in the costumer service field!! I was finally able to get my daughter her membership. Edit- I should have said "her membership to my bank account". I knew that was possible, because that was part of the fiasco started by the previous employee. Joey did a phenomenal job researching and resolving the issue.
