Physiq is a great gym! The facilities and equipment are all new and clean. They have a good variety of workout equipment and classes. I’ve had many training sessions with Kelly and love working with her. She’s so knowledgeable, supportive and patient. Her HIIT classes are full of energy and stretching sessions are a must! I highly recommend trying one.

Physiq Gym is the best! Tons of equipment, plenty of squat racks and bench presses, and everything is super clean. I always feel motivated here—it's got everything you need for a great workout! Orlando is the man

I’ve been a member for a little over 2 months now and so far my experience has been good. I typically go to the Gilbert location during “peak hours” (anywhere from 5:30 - 7:30). It’s busy, but I haven’t had a problem getting to a machine or equipment that I need for my workout. Definitely not EOS busy. The gym is clean, the staff are friendly, and the gym goers, for the most part, are respectful. Will definitely leave an updated review down the road. The only bad experience I had, which is minor to me, was the information provided when I inquired about the membership options at the front desk. The person who helped me told me about the mid and high tier options and didn't mention the base tier membership (which was what I was interested in). I would recommend reviewing the membership options online beforehand if you intend to sign up in person. I ended up signing up online which is what I was comfortable with. Overall, I would recommend this gym. Yeah, buddy, lightweight!

Orlando helped me out and was so kind and knowledgeable. He showed me all around the gym and I felt very comfortable asking him about the machines and how to use them. He is a very upbeat and friendly person! Highly recommend this gym. Great first session. Lots of space.

This is a great gym! I love the new equipment, they keep things clean, and the staff is always willing to help and encourage! I just got stretched after my workout and it felt really good.

Spacious and well- maintained facility. There is a range of plate loaded as well as an array of machines. Very impressed that this gym has a belt squat, inversion table, and other very useful equipment. As visitors from out of state and retired competitive lifters, my husband and I definitely recommend training here.

So I can to this gym (first time) at 6amish. I did my workout and took a shower. I was waiting in my car a few hours in the parking lot. I had to use the bathroom. So I go to the door and I'm locked out. The employee there said my key fob pass it locked out. The employee said they are having issues with people just coming and taking showers and not using the gym. I don't understand why I got blocked out. I guess I'm not allowed to use this gym Anytime Fitness anymore.

First time visiting this location... free Wi-Fi is available. There are no standalone free weight bench presses available, so you'll need to set one up at one of the power rack stations or at the Smith machine. There is a trap/hex deadlift bar to use which is a plus. There's also a hack squat rack, an actual pullup station and several row stations available. There is enough space between stations so no issues there. There's also a group fitness room for certain classes, but I couldn't find any scheduled. Overall a good facility to get in a workout.

Came in last night for my first visit ever to EOS and the girl at the counter was obnoxious and rude. Couldn't be bothered to assist in any way just wanted us to leave the counter as quickly as possible. The gym was an absolute mad house with people everywhere and little organization so I left after a lap or two around the place. Had a much better experience at a different location with a much smaller crowd; I was able to actually get a workout in!

Love the EoS gyms. Always have a great workout. Certain times, it can be hard to get the equipment you want due to the number of people. But, that's any decent gym. Pricing is good for what you get. I travel for work a lot, so having access to any EoS is a definite plus. Though, they need more locations across the US. I have been a member for a while now and will keep being one.

Need more organization. Took my kids here to try the kids club before I paid for a membership. Ended up paying for a membership for a month to try and came back but had to reserve a time at the kids club so we were turned away again. Went to cancel my membership in person was told I had to call a phone number. Came back a couple days later in person and the knowledgeable guy at the counter canceled my membership right away. It’s hit and miss if someone at the front counter will be able to help or not. This was my experience in a few other situations.

I don’t normally go to this eos but I was in the area on xmas eve and decided to work out here. I usually prefer the older equipment for cables and this gym has all new equipment. But that’s not even the worst part… I got all changed in the locker room and went to use the restroom and every single toilet was full of toilet paper, urine and shit. Come to find out that apparently there is no working water currently. The gym is absolutely packed and I feel like no working restrooms is totally unacceptable and the gym shouldn’t even be open. The staff didn’t even lock the rest room stalls or give adequent signage. It was absolutely disgusting, I almost wish I had photos just to share here.

Front desk was incredibly sweet and professional, made my day by their friendliness! The gym is without a doubt top notch in every aspect and accommodation! I’d love to join PickleBall games sometimes, found out they have more than meets the eye, endless cardio, swimming pools indoor and outdoor, steam and saunas, showers, everything to shave and freshen up. The stretching area and weight room has everything I could ask for with a strong AC, thank you Life Time!

Having been to multiple gyms, in multiple states, let me leave a fair and honest review of my experience at Lifetime. Having read some previous reviews, it is obvious to me people are coming up with any and every made up excuse that they can think of to not give Lifetime the credit it deserves. Cleanliness? You can’t go to a cleaner place. They have people specifically to walk around and clean all day everyday. Are you kidding? Can that guy come by my house next? Lots of employees of gyms are unhappy for one reason or another. Maybe there’s something in the water? The people at Lifetime are all extremely happy and honestly want to see you succeed. Some trainers like Josh, and Evan want you to reach your goals so bad, they are willing to workout alongside you. People need to be honest, Lifetime is a terrific gym, it doesn’t get much better. For some people, gym burnout does happen. In those times you need to change up your routine and try something completely different. Luckily Lifetime offers many classes. I’ve been taking Alpha for a few sessions. Josh really knows how to get the most out of you. He mixes it up daily so every class is new and exciting. One day I hope to be as strong as that guy! Talk about big muscles! Josh really knows his stuff. But so does Linsey. She’s always making sure people understand why they are and need to be doing certain exercises. Lifetime is like a country club in that it shares a building with quality amenities near by. For example I like to get my haircut there. Waiting for my appointment? No problem, I can relax on one of their comfy recliners and watch tv. Sweaty from a good workout? No worries. They can wash your hair and clean you up right there. Lifetime really offers a lot which is where the animosity may creep in for some people. Lifetime is not a ‘fly by night’, cheapo gym. Some people may use that as reason to denigrate and trash Lifetime. One thing you learn as you get older, is that you get what you pay for. If you can only afford a place that is strictly a gym, and nothing else, Lifetime may not be for you, sorry. EOS or Moutainside may be more what you’re looking for. But if counting pennies is not one of your hobbies, Lifetime provides everything you could need.

Very sketchy corporation. Canceled my membership months ago, still being charged and just noticed. They make sure not to email any receipts so that they can continue to keep the scam running. Called them to sort it out (on hold for an hour) and then basically told “yeah sorry, you never canceled.” Lol. I am 100% positive that I did cancel. What an absolute joke. If you want to cancel your membership. I recommend calling your bank and ordering a new card. They will continue to charge you long after the fact. I’m reporting them to the AG along with their merchant company. They’ll be investigated soon.

I stopped by today to sign up this afternoon. The front desk employees were disrespectful, rude and non inviting. Proceeded to asked about membership and she told me to wait in the coffee area. Sat there for 30 minutes. After waiting, I came up to the front desk and they blew me off, questioning if I was a member and why I was in the building if I wasn’t a member… then told me to go online for all information. Not welcoming, dismissive and rude. Do not recommend this place.

The best gym I've joined. Two floors of cardio machines, free weights, swimming pools, basketball and pickleball courts, pilates, yoga, stretching, etc. Highly recommended.
