I like the people who work there and the fitness instructors are great BUT..we cannot get the most out of our class because the floor in the group x class area is in a horribly unsafe condition with a huge moisture problem that could have been prevented. It has gone ignored even with multiple reports. There is no reason to have let this go neglected for years.

The manager at this gym is overly emotional and seems to lack respect for clients. I've been working out here since I was 15, and I'm 23 now. Since their arrival, my experience has been disappointing. I place a high value on excellent customer service, and unfortunately, the service here has been consistently poor due to the management. If you truly prioritize your clients, yelling at them is not the way to show it. I've seen the owner a few times, and he seems like a great person, but the management needs significant improvement. Strengthening the management team would go a long way in boosting the business. If you look closely at the reviews, you’ll notice the same issue keeps coming up. All they need to do is listen to customer feedback and address the problem, so it’ll never occur again, it’s that simple. Today, they lost a client due to the lack of respect, communication, and poor customer service. I would appreciate a call from the owner to find a resolution, thanks.

I don't like the fact that they advertise a sauna yet it's a 1 person sauna with no time limit. It's first come, first serve. So basically if you don't get lucky when you ask, you don't get to use it. There needs to be restrictions. Other than that peak hours are pretty packed. All the equipment is in good condition. There's a lot of machines so wait times aren't really an issue. Machines are very high quality.

One of the main reasons I joined this gym was because they advertised a sauna. However, the sauna is useless. I have tried every day this week to use the Sauna, and it takes over an hour for it to heat, and sometimes it won't even heat when turned on. I haven't gotten to use it yet. The gym's equipment is in good working order and when broken is fixed quickly.

Awesome gym. They have a lot of equipment. They also work hard to make sure they get new equipment in annually and have even polled members to make the decision on what to buy next in the past. The only real downside is that because it's such a good gym it has a lot of members, especially now that it's 24/7. This can make it difficult to workout during peak time periods. If you can make it during off hours, it's pretty great though.

Came back to this gym after they constantly have broken equipment that doesn't get fixed for months. Sad to say it's worse now. Sauna is being "renovated" with no work being done at all, the material is just laying there. Machines and cardio equipment are constantly broken. How do other nicer equipment gyms charge less and keep up maintenance? There's no rules enforced. Whoever owns this or whoever is in charge needs to make a change cause what there doing is leading to bankruptcy.

Well it’s a place where the sauna/spa has been closed over a year to black mold. Water fountains don’t work along with various lifting machines and urinals in the men’s bathroom. Staff act apathetic and abrasive. Toxic environment mentally and physically. Can’t wait for my agreement to expire. 0/5

Started great and went downhill fast. The bathroom is trashed and dirty, and saunas are closed, management needs to be replaced ASAP.

Spa area needs to be fixed. Equipment needs repaired. Staff is horrible at keeping the hand sanitizer dispensers refilled. Housekeeping is lacking.

It’s decent gym with a good amount of advanced equipment for those looking to dive deeper in to the workout lifestyle. Good Atmosphere with employees and trainers that are really nice. It also has a Pool, a Sauna, and Steam Room. It has a daycare for parents who need a spot to have there kids while they get a quick workout in. They also have teachers for Boxing and instructors for ZUMBA dance classes. Definitely a gym worth looking into if you’re interested in getting started or switching over.
