Practically the best Gym I've been to in New York since it has every machine you can think of and even if a machine is occupied there are so many more options to hit the body type you're there to hit. The owner is ever very helpful with types and if you need good diet plans.

It looks ok from the entrance but as you get inside there’s a bunch of old machines tightly packed together.. and the constant smell of ammonia is sickening. The bathroom has the ick. I couldn’t wait to leave this place.

So I stopped by here mainly to use the wrestling ring BUT I also got an extensive workout in as well. If you're looking for a hardcore, local gym that's open 24/7 this is it. If you're looking for a gym that caters to both "normies" who want to get in shape or for the serious strongman/strong woman, body builder, powerlifter, this is it. Its a no non-sense gym that also caters to the community and for those whom want to reach their fitness goals. You'll see familiar faces and people whom have their own goals that range from basic to high level. It has everything you're looking for and then some. All sorts of machines, equipment, from the standard and everything in between and then some. And the one thing that stands out above all; a wrestling ring. I do like this gym a lot but there's one big gripe I have with it. It just feels too tight, packed, sardined. For example, the area where you do the sled pushes, farmer walks and other push and carry exercises is not good. The turf is used, abused and ready to get replaced. What makes it worse is that the turf area is very packed with so many other equipment, very small, tight and too many people get in the way. Its just not great. On top of that, the heavy bag is right in the middle of everything. So if you want to hit the heavy bag, come here when no one is here. With that being said.... This place being 24/7 is WONDERFUL. So if you really don't want to be here when there's too many people, then you can come at a time that's convenient for you. Its very hard to find 27/7 gyms, especially 24/7 gyms of this kind. So that's a MAJOR, MAJOR plus. Another downside is that this gym is located deep in Queens. So unless you live along the J train or the surrounding area or unless you drive, this gym will be out of the way via public transportation if you're coming from elsewhere. Some people complain about the bathroom and lockers. Um, you get what you pay for so no complaints from me. Overall, I absolutely recommend this gym for those of you who want a serious, hardcore gym and environment. Its not the prettiest (not the ugliest either), doesn't have towel service for those of you little babies who cry about that. If you want to get yoked, take your fitness to the next level, a 24/7 gym, this is the place for you. If not, totally fine, not the place for you. PROS: -24/7 -Local gym that serves the community -Hardcore, no nonsense type of gym -Everything you need or didn't think you needed -Cool staff and mostly cool members Cons: -The turf area sucks, too packed, annoying -The gym is a little tight -Location inconvenient for non-drivers are people not in close proximity of the gym/a trip by train or bus if you're not driving or close by

I paid for a day pass to test this gym out and oh my god it’s so damn hot in there. It was about 45° outside and in there was atleast 95°. I understand it’s cold outside but why have the thermostat super high like that after 1 set in my workout my whole shirt was drenched. The machines are so weird to use I been to a lot of gyms and by far this one got the weirdest ones. I never seen a lat pull-down make u be sideways and twists as you use it. Very weird. The whole place is dirty it felt like I stepped in an abandoned warehouse
