Finally joined Gold’s a year after my son joined. I have been impressed with the support and welcoming environment I saw when I came to watch Lift Club. The same support has been given to me in my time there. And, the Smoothie Bar? Dang! Delightful! Chock full of good ingredients to help replenish after a hard workout.

Excellent gym! This Gold’s is always clean, the crew is in here cleaning everyday without a doubt. Extremely thorough! The gym equipment is in excellent condition and they make sure to upgrade often. There aren’t any ongoing repairs that never get fixed like LA Fitness. Although there is one curl machine that could used pad replacements but that’s about it. They have rules posted for example; replace the weights, wipe down the equipment when finished, don’t take pictures of people. You won’t see TikTokers here or people FaceTiming the entire time they are in the gym. If you don’t follow the rules you could lose your membership. I like that! The customer service is top notch and they always speak and make you feel like you belong. If you are looking for expert advice, see Phil. He’s top notch and an excellent personal trainer.

I’ve voiced this concern/frustration before but haven’t seen a change… For some reason the gym's only plays Fox News on the TVs. Working out in the early mornings should be about focusing on my fitness while quickly catching up to newsworthy topics, not being subjected to a single political viewpoint. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m being indoctrinated while trying to exercise. From a business standpoint, it would be much better to either offer a variety of news channels or simply turn off the news altogether - I’m sure there are plenty of other channels available.

Looking forward to using my new membership in Woodbridge where it’s very vibrant with lots of members my age and lots of exercise and equipment options. I’m especially looking forward to working with my personal fitness coach to help me stick to and progress toward my fitness health goals. Everyone is so very nice!

It was my first day working out in this gym. I feel safe, and well-accommodated by the staffs. I’m new in the neighborhood and I’m glad I have a gym nearby.

This is a great gym. I was a member for about two years and only left because I moved too far to drive here everyday. Gym is always clean, and other than during peak hours I am able to do any workouts I want because its never too packed. Being able to bring in guests as often as I want was also nice too. Best gym experience I have had in the past few years. Wish I could have brought it with me.

Cool gym, and cool staff. I went constantly for a few months during the summer, but once school started up I didn’t need to go anymore due to the fact that the school has a gym. I went to go cancel but the staff gave me a better option of rather than paying the cancellation fee I can pause my membership. At the time it sounded good but unfortunately I didn’t read the fine print, months went by and I forgot about my membership until they charged me $40. When I called the staff was kind but firm about the contract. And on top of that I’d have to pay another $40 just to cancel😅. Just keep an eye out for the terms and if you join plan on staying, because getting out is a pain and they have 0 tolerance.

I just recently joined. I was a little hesitant/intimidated. I am 66 years old. Thought I would feel out of place. But, everyone is so nice and helpful. And, encouraging! My trainer, Robert is so nice and encouraging! He adds weights to my workout to show me that I can do more than I think I can. Robert keeps an eye on us. He's always there to help. Walking in the door, you are always greeted with a smile.

Gym is decent as decent weights and also open area. The biggest thing with this Gym is the contract that they get you in and also how they tell you can get out of your contract, but in reality you can’t without paying next year’s dues as well as next months payment when you first sign up, they omit that and say that you can get out anytime after 12 months but that’s in the fine print so be careful before you sign up with this Gym

I believe the young man at the front desks name is Julian or Jalen. He's awesome. Super friendly and always down for a quick chat. Great attitude. Super helpful.
