This is a REAL-no-nonsense gym! If you want to get a great workout in, stimulate muscle growth, or just tone up like a pro, then visit this place! The pure hardcore atmosphere absolutely added about at least 30% more intensity to my already great workout! Chris was extremely encouraging, knowledgeable, and helpful. You won’t find some of the equipment they have anywhere else! If you are serious about lifting then you need to make a pilgrimage here! I was visiting from North Carolina and made sure I marked this off my bucket list! Anytime I’m near NJ I’m going to try my best to get it in here.

Tremendous facility to train at and get a juicy pump. So much equipment to get what you need done. Awesome atmosphere. If you been moving weight for 40 years like me or 4 days this place is welcoming to all .

Awesome true metal plate gym! I've been coming to Wildwood my whole life, started working out 10 years ago and have been to many gyms across the country while traveling for work. This gym is fairly priced and has everything you could need, end of story.

Sauna smelled like sweaty feet. None of the showers work properly. Hot tub was cold and had debris floating in it. Outdated gym equipment. Worst experience every and not cleanly at all.

Charla's yoga and sound emersion classes are soulful and grounding. I participated in her Radical Forgiveness Ceremony in August and it was beautiful. Layers peeled and I made new connections and growth for my future self. My favorite most interesting part was the Mindfulness Eating Lunch. Charla guided us through a sit down lunch at her home and gave me a lot to think about. I now give my food some more thought in deeper ways then what was on the surface for sure! Charla is a very intuitive spiritual coach to learn and grow from. Her Reiki sessions are life changing, body code, and she offers so much more.

Yoga on the beach with Charla is such a wonderful experience. My fiancé and I have gone for the past few summers and we look forward to her classes all winter! Her energy is infectious. Namaste!

I thought it was amazing. I had no clue as to what to expect. I thoroughly enjoyed the mini retreat. My favorite day was spending the day at your beautiful home. It was nice to get to know you and the other ladies a little better. The lunch was amazing, I loved getting my angel cards, read and having my heart wall cleared.., somewhat. 😉Every time I attend any of your classes I leave feeling much more relaxed. Aubrey's class was great today and I have started reading her book. I never knew anything about yoga until I stumbled upon your class in 2020 and asked you about it. I am so happy I did and am very thankful that you offer such an amazing experience! I will definitely attend again!

Charla shares such a varied yoga experience for all levels from beginner to well seasoned yoga practitioners. There is something to learn each day with her encouraging sharing from multiple disciplines. Take part in as many classes as possible to appreciate her expertise and humor. Time well spent.

My friend and I have gone to Yoga on the Beach for the past 2 summers and we will keep returning whenever we are in Wildwood. Charla’s classes are wonderful and the beach setting is great- listening to the waves crash and watching dolphins in the water help you find your zen. There are no sign-ups, just find the spot on Burk Ave beach behind the Convention Center. Bring a towel or mat and $5 for the hour and 15 minute class. I highly recommend for all levels even beginners. Charla is friendly and welcoming to all and the classes are amazing! Namaste.

I love Spinsanity By The Sea. Whether you're on vacation or a local, if you want an amazing workout, with an amazing view‐‐you have it all here. The instructors are amazing, and the energy is contagious. I would highly recommend a Sunrise Ride, it will change the entire trajectory of your day!!

Taking a Spinsanity class is the best way to start a day at the beach. Each instructor has a style of their own. They are friendly and make the workout challenging yet so much fun. The music is motivating. Money and time so well invested in YOU! (Donna)

Love the class. Love the instructors. Sign up is easy. I love going to this class when I'm at the shore. Finally a place to work out on my own terms (can drop in any time to an open class). My only complaint is that the space could use a little more airflow in the hotter months.
