I have been working out at P&C for a year now. I do group classes as well as personal training sessions with Justin and Ally. I couldn’t be happier with them! When I first started working with Justin, I was recovering from shoulder surgery. Justin helped me increase my strength and mobility. His classes are well thought out and he has alternatives for all moves. I would highly recommend taking a class or a session and getting to know Justin and Ally.

Ally & Justin are great! The time seems to fly by and they both manage to make me look forward to working out! Every workout is tailored to me specifically and takes into account any injuries, discomfort, or dislikes I may have. The gym is spotless, all the equipment is in great shape, and it is affordable. You will not regret working with Ally & Justin I promise!

My favorite thing about P&C? How clean they keep the place! Justin is a fantastic trainer who is incredibly knowledgeable- with a vast array of exercises and variants in his arsenal, a great listener, very relatable, and always goes above and beyond for his clients. They have a flexible scheduling and are affordable. There is new equipment being brought in all the time to allow for a wide variety of exercises and movements to be achieved. I know there’s clients older than my grandmother and young enough to be my son there too, so they are ready for anyone. Justin has provided me with workouts and nutrition recommendations for outside of my time at P&C. During our time together I told my trainer I wanted to focus on mobility and unique exercises that I wouldn’t be able to do in a traditional gym and we do just that! It’s a very spacious area with plenty of room for activities, we even make it outside for a little during the summer months. Would I recommend P&C to anyone looking for high quality training in a comfortable, clean, and affordable space? Absolutely.

Justin has been wonderful to work with! His workouts are effective and he tailors them to your personal goals. Each week Justin changes up our workouts to keep me motivated. He is highly communicative, checking in weekly. What I’ve enjoyed most about working with Justin is that he caters my workout / nutrition plan to my lifestyle and sets realistic and attainable goals. I now work in NYC and Justin has helped me move our training virtual. We continue to have regular check ins and Justin creates challenging and fun workout plans for me to do on my own each day. He also works with me to update my nutrition and macro targets after each check in. Justin helps me prioritize health and fitness through busy everyday life!

Best investment I ever made. I decided I wanted a personal trainer to help me recover from an injury and get back into healthy “CrossFit-lite” shape. He helped me recover quickly, but I have continued to work with Justin every week for last 3 years as he has been instrumental in helping me build a healthy routine. The accountability alone is worth it to me (not being able to snooze the alarm clock when he is expecting me). But any trainer can be that. Justin’s super power is he’s very empathetic. He takes the time to understand YOUR personal goals and tailors his programming to you. For me, I want to be healthy and fit, but I’m not looking to compete. He has helped me get into the best shape of my life through his kind, motivating style. Because I look forward to my sessions with Justin, the habit stuck and the results have followed. If you’d like to gradually build strength, mobility and energy, and had fun while doing it, I highly recommend shooting Justin a quick message to schedule a trial.
