Best place to workout! Awesome instructors! Clean, friendly and welcoming atmosphere ! So many extras to use such as tanning bed, red light therapy and a massaging bed . Pam does an excellent and professional job of running this gym. I am so happy and pleased being a member at this gym.

I joined Fitness 19 several years ago! This was the best decision I made!! I have never been to a gym that has such talented instructors who actually know about fitness. The many classes I take teach me all about bettering myself and making me feel confident and that is because of the instructors! They all care about their members and want us to become healthier. With all the new features coming to this gym, I’m even more excited about going! And to top it all off, the staff is extremely and friendly!! What a welcoming gym!!

Just love my gym so clean and well taken care staff is friendly and always there to help out in anyway. The other clients are also very friendly everyone there is just doing their thing but all so just nice. LOVE MY GYM. Would ho anywhere else Come join us.

I would not even be exercising if it wasn’t for this gym and the instructors and manager! They are so welcoming to everyone. This is not what I thought a gym would be like. If you are thinking of exercising, this is the place to do it. There are many things included with membership like red light therapy! The class instructors are top notch, especially Charla . This is a gym for all ages and fitness levels..Try it! You’ll like it!!

We have had many years of wonderful experiences at Rothrock's Kung Fu Academy. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. The kids' classes are energetic and fun. Our son started attending classes here before kindergarten. The core lessons have taught him to remain focused and on task during school. He has also sharpened his listening skills. The instructors always reinforce the ideas of treating everyone with respect and, most importantly, to never give up on your goals. I highly recommend anyone to take classes at this academy.

I am a beginner in the Tai Chi class and I love it. I registered for Tai Chi to build strength and improve my balance. It is helping both a lot. It's great that I am learning at my own pace. The other students are at different levels of Tai Chi. It is not like an exercise class where everyone is doing the same thing at the same time. You get a very good workout.

My elementary-age daughters have been stuyding with Mr. L for about 6 weeks now. As a private music teacher, I have seen lots of teachers and studios, and I know anyone with a couple of bucks can throw up a sign saying "We teach [...] here!!!" Rothrock's is not that kind of place. It is well run, professional, and has excellent communication with students and parents. My children love the rigor and structure of the classes, and Mr. L is an excellent teacher. He walks the fine line between discipline and fun - the kids know when they are doing well, and they know what they need to improve without feeling as though they've done anything wrong. The program is more expensive than something like piano lessons, but you can attend as many as four classes per week without an additional charge, and there are significant discounts for multiple children from the same family. We make it to 2-3 classes every week and my girls have already progressed to the second level in just 6 weeks. I feel as though the program is an excellent value. I highly recommend this school.

Rothrock’s Kung Fu had been a life-saving experience for my son. He began his journey in 2012 under the expert leadership of Mr. Lauffenburger. The Kung Fu academy offered a program that fulfilled my son’s physical and psychological needs. The academy has a well defined program that allowed him to progress at his own pace, while still permitting him to work with other students in the program. I would highly recommend Rothrock’s Kung Fu academy as a perfect situation to allow physical, emotional and social growth. Master Rothrock has designed a program that allows individual growth, by teaching concepts of Martial Arts, control, self-defense and most importantly respect for everyone including yourself.

My daughter has been learning Kung Fu at Rothrock's in West Mifflin for 3 years now. She has given up on other sports like soccer and gymnastics, but she LOVES her Kung Fu classes. The teachers are very disciplined, but supportive and friendly. They make class fun. My daughter is more confident, balanced and focused, not only at her Kung Fu classes, but at home and school too. I highly recommend Rothrock's Kung Fu & Tai Chi in West Mifflin.
