Best Gym near Wenham, Massachusetts

Don’t try to book this for a birthday party! It’s a total nightmare. They say they are best contacted by email but several weeks pass between getting replies, if you even get them at all. I repeatedly emailed them for two months trying to book my daughters party and they called me 2 days before her actual birthday saying that they couldn’t actually host the party. Greg doesn’t answer his emails, period. They like to blame all the issues on everything since Covid and being short on lifeguards but the truth is, I had a party booked in 2020 and it went exactly the same way. They shouldn’t even advertise that they accept bookings. It’s very frustrating when people insist on using email only as a form of communication and then never return them. Is this how they educate students at Gordon College? To skirt doing their jobs? Greg also seems to answer to nobody. I was told to email a complaint to his boss. Email! He supposedly passed my number on to his boss to call me to speak to me about all this so, I’m expecting that will happen in either a few years or just never at all.

Great facility, especially if you just want to use the workout room. Sports teams have priority for the gym and pool, so they're not always available when you expect them to be, especially in the winter and when there is poor weather. Call ahead if you want to use those facilities!

Love the staff, have enjoyed the Zumba classes. The facility is great for weight lifting, racquetball, rock climbing, and pickup basketball.
