I cannot say enough about Arkitect Fitness in Tyngsboro. The staff, the programming, the camaraderie and the care that goes into each person’s individual goals is top notch. Thank you Arkitect Fitness for helping me get out of my head and back into a strength and health mindset.

From day one, the staff and other members support the daily progress and motivate each other! The gym is inviting and positive. I’ve been to gyms before but only now have I gotten a personal plan to meet my needs. I feel stronger without the “day after a workout” pain. I feel the progress but not pain. I’ve gained confidence in my abilities. Even more, i’ve gained friendships and a great place to build a healthy lifestyle!

Just finished a 6-week challenge(I lost 20 lbs) and signed up for a year. I have never known what to do in the gym or how to do it. The coaches create custom workout plans to help achieve your goals, this is especially great for me as a beginner. Without it I would be so lost at what I should be doing everyday. The coaches are super friendly and great at helping you learn new exercises. There is a coach on the floor to answer questions and point out proper form to reduce injuries. This gym is more expensive than places like Best Fitness and Planet Fitness, but is 100% worth to money. Cannot recommend it enough.

This place is hands down the best gym AND community in northern MA. All the equipment you could possibly need for competitive strength sports like powerlifting or weightlifting. The coaches are wicked friendly and supportive. It really helps me stay on track with my PT training under the watchful eye of my physical therapist. 10/10 recommend

The old addage "you get what you pay for," is very much in play here at Arkitect Fitness in Tyngsboro. From the moment I joined, I felt like one of the family. Some even knew my name before I walked in the door for my second workout and I had never met them before. All the coaches/trainers are amazing! They will make your workout plan for you and help guide you through it, adjusting for aches or injuries. But they're not done there; they also hold you accountable. If they don't see you, they contact you to make sure all is well (and maybe create a little guilt trip). Everyone, and I really mean everyone, does a really great job encouraging each other and never judge. I haven't worked out in years and when I got in there, was (and still am to a lesser extent) very weak compared to my abilities 20-30 years ago which frustrated me until another person said, "you're here and you will get there again, only better." I needed that. Anyway, I am glad I walked in and spoke with Hanna because, going into week 7 of not missing a workout, I feel great and have no regrets. You have nothing but a little time to lose coming in to talk to them but I promise, you have everything to gain if you stay with them.
