Best Gym near Trumbull, Connecticut

I absolutely love and recommend Planet Fitness to everyone! It's my go-to place, whether I'm happy, sad, or anything in between. The staff is so friendly and professional, creating a welcoming environment. I love the tasty protein shakes and the variety. My confidence comes from the gains I’ve made here, and I’ve even started teaching others my routine to help them see the same great weight loss results. It’s the perfect place to work on both physical and mental well-being! Also, everything-including the bathrooms are always clean !!

Today was my first visit to this location and I was thoroughly pleased. This location has a few different cardio machines that my home PF (Fairfield) and frequent location (Derby) don't have. I definitely will be back.

The lady at the front desk was nice, had no questions, smiled, and welcomed us. The place is cozy and clean.

The place is good enough for a good workout. I would stay away from their afternoon hours if you're planning to use the smith machine, a lot of groups tend to hog them. I'd be wary of theft as well during these hours, because you're on your own. If treadmills are your game, they feel basically endless at this gym, no shortage of them.

The place is open from 7am on Monday straight through until 9 pm on Friday, and 7-7 sat sun. So much more convenient than other gyms in the area. Staff are so much nicer and laid back too. Much better equipment than gyms that are 2x as expensive, like LA fitness. Practically perfect. Just wish they had a sauna.

The atmosphere at La fitness is very welcoming, especially for people looking to start a workout routine without feeling intimidated. The club offers full equipments and sauna which is my favorite. It’s not over crowded and machines are available for use. The front staff is very knowledgeable and overall clean and organized.

Best gym in the area by far. Never packed even during rush hour and always super clean. You can tell the staff care about the upkeep of this gym. Pool and spa are awesome and always clean as well. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Awesome experience at this LA fitness so far. 👌

I've been training here for 11 years good gym and no issues at all since they removed the basketball court a couple years ago. What's relieving about this la fitness as well, compared to the fitness edge in the area in particular is that you almost never have to wait long, if at all for equipment. Alas, not the case everywhere.

Great Customer Service. The staff here are very helpful! They have a variety of machines, beautiful pool and a lot of classes!

Very good gym, lots of equipment and space. The sauna is my favorite part of the whole gym. Locker rooms are clean and well kept. Great indoor heated lap pool. Love their new PRT training room, the workouts with their coaches are excellent. Really excited to try the cryotherapy and red light therapy in the new REZEN room. Highly recommend La Fitness in Trumbull.
