Best Gym near Tooele, Utah

!!! HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY !!!Revolutionary facility!!! Ken’s gym is an awesome place, they have a diversity of activities for kids, teens and adults. Ken’s gym keeps the kids active, this is a great environment for their discipline and social interaction, if you haven’t signed up your kids yet you should do it now. The staff is very friendly and professional, the instructors are great and Ken the owner is the best, you show that you care for the kids and for everyone else that set foot in the building. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We've tried many programs in Tooele but we never have been happier than at Ken's gym. Our kids have enjoyed multiple programs and I've seen their self esteem grow positively. They even have karate. The owner and coaches are incredible people and I find the prices to be reasonable (and believe me I've compared many programs)

So glad to have more recreation for my kids so close to home. Both my daughters have taken classes here and come for birthday parties. They've loved it. I do wish there were a more progressive structure to the classes (the routine for a lot of the classes seems to repeat each week) and the classes feel a little pricey for what they are, but we always have fun.

Great place for all ages of kids. Gymnastics to tumbling to ninja or just climbing on a rock wall and jumping into a foam pit. It's really awesome

This place is very unorganized for dance classes. When I put my daughter in tumbling I thought they would teach them somersaults and things like that. But they basically just do random courses the entire time. The dance was so unorganized, pictures we were told about a day before they happened (we were camping), there was a mistake on the reservation for the recital - you have to pay for the outfit plus a fee for the recital rental? Idk just seems to be nickel and diming people. On top of a yearly membership fee. My daughter loved it but who kid wouldn’t? I think for the price they charge they could come up with something better. After my daughters last dance recital I pulled her out and will be taking my kids elsewhere.

I love this gym, the staff are very nice and it is amazing to have a gym that really has it all. It does get alittle busy during the morning and evening but that is to be expected when there are not as many gyms of this quality around. The staff does an excellent job of keeping the place clean and making sure the equipment is working well. Love this gym.

The employees here are awesome! The gym is well-maintained. It does get pretty crowded—I’ve seen up to 12 people in the sauna at once! The sauna here is smaller than other vasa locations. But overall, everything else is fantastic. Highly recommend!

It's kinda dirty here. Everyone goes here. It's always pretty full and it's pretty small. I'm not sure why they don't expand it. I have been going every day for 3 or 4 months. In the kid care, they have changed up staff. The previous manager, Sarah, was very understanding and merciful towards and about my kids, and kids in general but the new manager is enforcing weird, made up rules. My kids say they aren't allowed to run. She makes my kids wear socks with her sandals. It's just not very warm and welcoming there anymore. Edit: after this review and after chats with the staff and other mom's it seems like everything is getting a little bit better every day! I think there was a fight for control or something but it seems to be going much better! I did fail to write what is good at this gym. The staff at the front is always friendly and the classes are always great.

They changed the guest pass so you have to sign up your guests to get marketing from VASA. I’m not going to pay for the guest pass anymore now because I’m not going to pay for some corporations marketing. We used to just sign them in and workout but my guests had an email before we got done stretching. Otherwise VASA is a great gym for a small town but they need to expand as the town does.

If it wasn't for the local staff and for the fact that we don't have many options in Tooele, I would have changed gyms long ago. The payment system sucks. They have taken taken more payments then they ever communicated that they would and they charge ridiculous cancelation fees when you can't afford the memberships anymore. To top it off the kid care is not safe. I allowed them to take care of my son and without my permission they allowed his mother to check him out. She doesn't even work out there. Just one last complaint is the terrible equipment. It's outdated and takes up way to much room and there is definitely not enough to support the amount of gym members that we have. The local staff are great. That's really the only reason I am still a member.

I've taken my kid here many times and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. The facility is well maintained and the quality of care to keep people safe while jumping shows. When my kid and his friends did a VR party they absolutely loved the experience. The staff was on hand to help with any questions they had and ensure a great experience for them.

The worker is super friendly and the place has a lot of nice areas like the playground and the various trampolines and rock climbing with foam pit so it's pretty nice. Also rocking couches which I loved. The only downside was there's a bit of a musty smell but not too bad.

Why do they always hire the rudest teenagers to work here? My kids are 3 and 5? They’re little. Don’t be rude! There are so many ways to talk kindly. I was so disappointed and I don’t expect much! What the heck is wrong with Utah???? Texas was never as rude these people. Never ever coming back here. Also the girl with her hair down was little nicer. But the girl with her hair up was horrible.

Awesome place to visit . It’s very clean and we love the remodel. I also love the seats for parents waiting. The workers are great. One worker kept helping all the other little kids I believe his name was XAN. And another named TIA was helping as well and playing with the kids making it a blast while still enforcing the rules.

I was here on 10/23/24 I had time that ended at 7:00 pm the employee working that shift was amazing with the kids. She definitely earn her wage and should be recognized for outstanding service.

I've never had to jump through so many hoops in order to cancel a gym membership before. Per my agreement that I signed, the gym owner is unable to cancel a membership, I also was unable to do it over the phone or through email, I had to send a physical letter to PO Box in Arkansas with the hope that they get it and actually follow through. This is a very shady business practice that keeps people from cancelling their memberships. I recommend going anywhere but to these people, unless you plan on paying for life.

I have a membership but when I went here while visiting I was told I would have to pay a $50’key fee as a surcharge to use the equipment.

Terri the owner is a scam artist! The gyms are only one Source of scamming people out of their money. She owes me $8k for fixing up her rental before selling it out from under me. She also has a horse ranch she claims is for battered women. She is the only one abusing women to get ahead herself and needs to be arrested.

This gym is great Quiet Has just about everything you could need

Love this place! small but has all the necessary machines to get a great work out in. Very clean, machines work great and not crowded at all! My only suggestion is please add a few paper towel dispensers around the gym. See image.

Quaint little place. I just moved to Tooele and my only experiences with this place so far has been for my son's Wolf Scout meetings. It has lots of space. Could use some TLC on the ceiling, though.
