Best Gym near Surprise, Arizona

Michael at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming! I saw him later in my workout training someone, he seemed knowledgeable and I’m considering signing up with him. Highly recommend! Machines were clean and the atmosphere was nice!

Such a big planet fitness I love it!!!! Everything is clean new and the best part your shower and changing room are together this is one of the best designed planet fitness I’ve ever been too!!!

I recently visited this Planet Fitness location while temporarily visiting Surprise. I had the pleasure of speaking with Grace who was extremely kind and accommodating to my specific needs. Her friendly and professional manner made me feel welcomed, even for my very brief visit. Thank you Grace!

Best location in the West Valley. It looks clean, smells clean, the people at the front desk actually greet you, and it’s never too crowded. It also feels twice as big as other locations. Highly recommend this location! You can tell it is well managed. The one on Cotton Lane is closer to me but I rather make the drive to this location instead.

Worst Refs i've ever seen in my life at this rec center's men's basketball league. The african american one is always on his phone or talking to people in the crowd while the game is actively being played, he's clearly there just for a check. The white ref plays clear favorites and has the worst calls i've ever seen. He doesn't understand basic rules of basketball and seems to very clearly have racist views as multiple black people from multiple teams have all said he targets them for calls and won't give them any calls in their favor, he will hear out the white players about calls but if you're black he will tell you to sit down and not talk to him or he'll give out techs. Don't waste your money by playing here.

I went to a volleyball game for my granddaughter Saturday morning September 18th It seemed very well organized The games had enough time in between to where the parking lot was not totally swamped I did find parking and it was clean The only problem I might have is there was no clock in the gym because I had to go to work and I was worrying about that but overall very good

This is truly the best gym ever. Whether you are looking to train for a fight or just trying to get into shape this is the place. Everybody is so nice and supportive and it is truly a family atmosphere. Truly it's the best workout I have ever had!

If you are looking for a GREAT family gym....whether you want to get in shape...train for a fight...THIS....IS....THE....GYM....FOR...YOU...and better than that...it is a close knit family...way more than just a gym....check it out..!!

Qivan is awesome, he always make sure we get checked in properly so we can track our fitness journey. He is Very professional, polite, and friendly. This is gym is great, my only friendly suggestion is to make sure that all equipment replacements so they can fix them when they are broken / down.

I love the gym! Workers are always friendly. Chris helps me with my supplements every time! There are sometimes where it is very crowded, which is good and bad. I like that there is that big of a community that is putting in the work and hitting the grind! But, I also don’t like waiting for equipment. Overall, it’s a great experience. I love that it is also a 24 hour gym!

I love this gym! The facility is great. It’s always clean and great energy from everyone. I love all the front employees specially Chris! He has been helpful. I had a PT who helped me soooooo much achieved my goals! He’s name is Dan!! Great guy!

Love this gym. I really enjoy the smart equipment and how it adjusts automatically to your personal settings. All the staff I have met are great, even and especially the overnight guy Qivan is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

EoS Surprise is the best!! Always clean and the whole staff is always so friendly. I actually joined at another location and move to Surprise to follow Coach Jay. He is amazing!! Motivating without being too pushy and always right there to celebrate with me and my accomplishments. Two thumbs way way up for Surprise and Coach Jay!! 👍🏻👍🏻

Surprise Angles staff made hosting a gymnastics themed birthday party so fun and easy. Our birthday girl had a blast and felt so special. Staff made planning and coordination super easy and we are so so thankful!

My daughter and I had such a great time on the Thursday free play! HIGHLY recommend! Will continue to go! Staff was so kind, gentle and attentive to all comfort levels

We were taking our kids to surprise gymnastics and that was great, the kids loved it. But this place is so much better. The classes are much smaller so my kids get way more attention with the teachers. The facility is really clean and the staff is super friendly. Both of my kids have told me they like this place better so I'm glad we made the switch.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY…We went to this gym for 3 years and 2.5 was spent on pre-team with the same girls. We are military and received orders to move this coming summer. I was told that because they have a waitlist for team and my daughter won’t be here anyway, they were moving her to Level 2 rec changing the trajectory of her training. Our military kids already have to start over with so much when we move and to have it happen before thats even happened, has been pretty upsetting. My 7 year old daughter still gets upset and asks to see her friends/team mates all the time:( There was no reason she couldn’t finish her time here with her team.

My daughter has enjoyed her classes here. I docked one star - considered docking two - because they offer a preview class that you have to pay for. This seems very odd to me. To draw in business wouldn't you want to offer that as complimentary? Secondly, after the preview class, we were told the instructor is supposed to come out and talk to you about the level you should enroll your child in. No one spoke to us. We just stood there for ten minutes and then left. The following week we came, and saw an instructor speaking in detail to another parent who is there for a preview class. Clearly they struggle with employee inconsistencies and communication. It shouldn't be difficult, the parents are literally standing right there.

I am grateful that Pure Barre opened in Surprise. I enjoy the format (4) of the classes. I have over 100 classes and have noticed changes physically and mentally. The owner and instructors are great and make sure you understand the moves to get maximum burn and tone. Its challenging but rewarding at the same time. I've met some very amazing ladies too - supportive and encouraging.

This location is new to the west valley, it’s located on the south side of EOS. The manager/owner and instructors are amazing. I left a sweaty mess and fully exhausted but felt so accomplished! Take a class! You’ll absolutely love it!

Pure barre workouts have helped me reach my goals for my physical health but have really helped my mental health too. The Surprise studio has become a fast favorite of mine since opening in May. Everyone who works the front desk is so nice and the owners Gabriella & Danielle make everyone feel welcome. I was visiting Surprise, AZ to visit my daughter while traveling to Texas for cancer treatment. I decided to try Barre to help with my energy and strength. If you haven’t tried Pure Barre, you should. Teachers, staff, and owners are friendly. I am so grateful for Gabrielle accommodating me with my contract while traveling. Early morning crew fun and energized. Great energy to be around.
