Not sure about cheer, but whoever is running this business needs classes. Nobody answers the phone, the website looks unprofessional and hasn’t been updated in over a year, we drove by on a Saturday morning and they were closed. No signs or hours of operations listed. They have an Instagram page, which is the only reason why I know they are still in business. I sent a DM and never heard back. Guess they don’t want new customers. Go elsewhere.

They literally made the new kids dance with 4 year olds and when we went to competition they humiliated me and my friends and they blamed us.

Amazing staff, price is amazing, 70$ for 4 people every month, seems like much but if you do the math it’s 2$ for use of everything for every day. Tell me a place that does that?! Lifeguard at the pool, nice basketball area and its local.

I am not a member here. I was using the gym as a benefit of the Gym Pass app. The front staff was helpful and friendly and showed me around the facility. For the area the parking is about normal, it can be a bit hard to find if you are not familiar with all of the one way streets in the area. The parking lot for the YMCA was free although on the small side. The facility itself is one of the dirtiest and run down facilities I have ever visited. I was extremely shocked when I saw the condition of the locker rooms, showers and general hallways. The weight lifting equipment was adequate and seemed mechanically functional, but it was beat up. I didn't use the pool or the sauna, I wasn't willing to risk getting athletes foot or something worse. I would also like to add, that I have been a member of different Y's the majority of my life and participated on the swim team in grade school. With that being said I have also traveled and visited Y's in 49 different states as I have traveled for work and with the NAVY. This was the dirtiest and most rundown facility I have ever visited.

Fairly acceptable. My daughter goes to summer camp here. She loves that they swim every day. She wakes up and packs her swimsuit and towel without having to be asked. The only issue is that I feel for what's being charged; she could be fed better meals than a turkey sandwich and a juice box.

Gym staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Gym equipment is plentiful, in good condition, and up to date. No real waiting to use anything! Other patrons are appropriately friendly (not intrusive, but polite). Building is a bit old and somewhat rundown (only reason it’s 4 stars, not 5), but great place to get a great workout!

Miss Diane in the daycare center has been life changing for our son. I can't say enough good things about her. She has been stern but fair and has taught him useful life skills like folding clothing and towels. I am forever grateful to have lucked into finding her!

Fantastic gym! They have great equipment for both bodybuilding and powerlifting. Jeromy at the front desk was super nice and helpful. There’s plenty of cleaning spray and paper towels, bathroom/locker room is nicely kept as well. 10/10!

Great gym! They have calibrated plates and an Ohio stiff bar for powerlifters—for the price, this place is 1000% worth it! Visitors—they have day and week passes!

This is a great gym. Doesn’t have the chain feeling like most do. You will find real lifters here and the appropriate equipment to match. Highly recommend if you are into powerlifting.

This gym is a very nice gym but it seems like it's geared towards people that already in shape and they just want to build their muscles

We've been attending X-Cel for a year now and it's like our second home. My daughter loves all of her coaches; they are super friendly, reassuring, positive, and have helped her grow so much! In the past year, her skills have developed consistently and she continues to want to go back to do more! (She has become obsessed & now does cheer!!) As a mom, I have found that the other parents there are also very welcoming, polite, and genuinely care about the team (cheer) which is great when entering a new cheer space. We love X-Cel!

Our daughter LOOOVES XCel! She is 4, and does gymnastics and cheer. She has made many friends, and great memories so far. The staff is wonderful. They individually assist each child’s needs. The atmosphere is very welcoming. We look forward for our daughter to continue to grow with XCel.

Amazing coaches at this facility. They meet the kids where they are in ability levels and help everyone to make progress forward. Also no sitting and waiting your turn everyone is moving. My kids love it here.

X-cel tumbling is such an amazing place!! One of the very few places in the area that offers classes for my toddler aged children! My kids look forward to going every week! The coaches have been so warm and inviting!!
