Best Gym near Stanhope, New-jersey

Location 3 for an already established company. Need to look no further if you want a great environment that’s not corporate! They take care of their stuff, from equipment to members owners are people who care, and your opinion matters! And a smoothie/supplement store at every location?! Seriously best workouts ever and they offer everything to get your work out going to post work out fuel and recovery! TOPSHELF for a reason!

I gotta say, I’ve been in the lifting community for a long time now.. after some time off and finally getting back into this world, I am so glad this place has opened up in my home town. I have never seen a gym with owners so involved in the way a facility is ran and they make sure their members are fully aware of what’s going on with the day to day. You know where your money is going with this place! I could go to a gym that my health insurance covers but I opt to come here and pay because this is literally a “Top Shelf” fitness center!

Very awesome gym the atmosphere is great and very patriotic this is one of the newer gyms and it is very clean and nice. Staff is friendly and people are welcoming !

I used this gym for a year and it served me well so I would like to leave an honest review. The good: the gym has a very wide variety of machines so you can definitely get a great workout in, the machines are repaired in a timely manner, you will definitely have what you need, tons of dumbbells, a sauna, 24 hours, members are nice, usually not too busy. The bad: it is very tight, there's a lot of machines and no space to put them, there's not much room for an ab workout besides one small strip of turf where everyone walks, there's not much room in the dumbbell area, theres not many lockers and sometimes you won't get one cause there's people who leave just a set of keys in there instead of hanging it on the key rack, the temperature in there was hot and humid most of the summer so you'll sweat as soon as you pick up a weight. Don't get me wrong I liked the gym, it's small but gets the job done, but being that it's cramped and hot, I couldn't take it anymore.

Love this gym and the atmosphere, everyone is super respectful. Great equipment too!!!

new renovations are neat. been a member here for 3 years. i havent been here since before the summer but prior to now i would have rated this place a 3. now id give it a 4.5, but it seems they deserve to be rounded up. old, broken equipment has been mostly fixed, they added saunas to the locker rooms, and added a lot of room so this place doesnt seem as busy. i like it

Such a shame, "just like that" the Stanhope location is canceling classes at the last minute. ALONG with firing and cutting hours of their most experienced and loyal instructors. No explanations. We all feel like we're being punished...? Bring back our classes.

I faced immense disrespect from the manager Laura. I was very taken aback by her behavior, she was acting fresh with me and my whole family and just overall rude. Laura, please stop acting like you’re above everyone and maybe consider working out at your own gym.

Been going here for years and love the facility. Gym is always clean and staff is friendly and helpful.

Love the gym, they need to keep up with the few items that needs to be replaced. Also the staff is great.

the float tank was amazing. i physically and mentally feel great after a 70 minute session. It was very clean, and the room was beautiful. Joe was kind and helpful. if you haven’t tried it, i highly recommend it. i’m looking forward to returning for sunday morning meditation and yoga classes!

The owner (Joe) and instructor (Karen) were incredible. It was my first time trying yoga, and definitely well worth it. Aslong as my schedule permits, I'll be back!

Beginner yoga is super personalized to each person. Small groups in a super cozy space. I've only been twice and I'm already hooked. The leader/owner is super friendly and encouraging. Reserve your spot online and pay when you arrive in studio. It's only $15 to give it a try!
