Best Gym near Southlake, Texas

What an amazing, caring, spirit filled gym. The coaches are wonderful and the owners are strict, but caring everything you would want in a competitive cheerleading gym.

We have been so happy with Spirit Xtreme. My girls have tried all different sports and competitive cheer is by far their favorite. They look forward to going to cheer every day. The owners are wonderful and treat their athletes with the highest respect. I feel they are excellent examples to the coaches as well. This gym is extremely competitive and they will bring out the best athletic performance in your child. I love seeing the teams hold hands and pray at the end of each practice. They allow the coaches and the athletes to pray for anything they want and I think this brings such unity and closeness. We are looking forward to another great competition season!

Our gym in Colorado always comes here for practice prior to competitions in the DFW area. The gym is big with a huge parent area. They are always friendly, welcoming and I love the meaning behind their name and team names!

We love Champion, the coaches, and the families! My daughter started when she was 5 years old and has loved every practice and every team she has been on 10 years later. The coaches are so motivating and supportive and push her to be her best. We love the attitude and positive energy in the gym and hope we can represent the Champion name well and share the light! Champion Cheer is also supportive with the community cheer programs at area schools and it’s fun to see Champion athletes in and out of the gym.

I am a champion cheer alumni & let me just say it was the best experience of my life! I’ve made life long friends! Not to mention the environment is so uplifting! They are my family forever!

We love Champion! I was an athlete back in 1999 and the family atmosphere, support and love is still there and stronger than ever. Every Coach my daughter has encountered in her first two seasons has helped her grow and gain more confidence. Looking forward to many more seasons to come!

The massage therapist there, Lauren, is the absolute best. She’s a master of her craft. Lauren is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns and make sure that your treatment addresses them. I have several nagging injuries and her bodywork has allowed me to keep performing the gym. I highly recommend!

Been having some lingering sharp pain in my right delt. Got some shoulder/back work done by Lauren and Its’ made a huge difference in just a week. I’ll be back for follow ups and more. Highly recommend!

Don’t even get me started. This gym, the trainers, staff - the whole atmosphere is a VIBE! I find myself working out harder since we are constantly surrounded by legit athletes. The trainers are amazing and really take the time to work one on one with you during class. The whole experience is phenomenal. Don’t sleep on Built 4 it! #lisapaigemademedoit

I recommend Lauren 10/10 for a massage! A great combination of relaxing and effective work to release tight areas!
