Several programs and classes offered for all different fitness levels. Great, welcoming Gym community. Offering HIIT and CrossFit workout classes. Check out their website for schedule and more info. I am a total newbie to this kind of workout and gym and I was met with only support and welcoming from the other individuals at the gym. The staff are helpful, kind and encouraging. Staff are also very responsive to questions asked over email and social media messages.

Went for a free Sunday community workout. Great facility, ton of space. Coach Jay was the man! He made us feel super welcome and comfortable with the workout. Highly recommend checking this place out.

This gym has knowledgeable staff and is very patient and understanding of each client that comes through their doors. The community is the best part! Knowing when I might be having a long day, and not as motivated to workout, I can always count on the strong community here. This place has been well worth my time!

Never did CrossFit before joining SVG and I am hooked! Coaches are all very knowledgeable and helpful. I have learned so much and get stronger every time I go in. My husband had lost nearly 40lbs since starting, coming 4-5x a week. I have met many incredible people here and made some great friends. They have a free community class on Sundays you can try if you are unsure about signing up. The price point is a deterrent for some people but they have so much to offer, but if you do the math it's 100% worth it. My average price per hour long class based on how often I go is about $10, which isn't bad at all when you compare to individual drop in fees elsewhere. They offer a barbell club and summer programs for kids, and in the past had weekly yoga and zumba classes as well. There is ample equipment and space to work out and you can show up and do your own thing if you don't want to join a class. They do many community events and are always offering some sort of charitable donation or event for a cause. And if there is something you want to do that the gym doesn't offer, there is always a ready made group of people willing to do something! I have participated in hiking trips, runs, 5ks, Rugged Maniac, and yoga classes with groups of people from SVG. Truly an amazing community!

I don't normally do a ton of reviews, but SVG is one that definitely deserves it! I can't say enough about them - definitely a CrossFit gym that you have to experience for yourself. I've been going there since day one and since then I haven't looked back or thought to go anywhere else. I grew up in area "globo gyms" and nothing even compares. Also I was a part of two other CrossFit gyms, none of which even compares. If you're in the area or looking for a place to call home and make positive changes, do yourself a favor and come try it! Trust me, you too will love it like I do - to the point of calling it home and it's members and coaches family. Can't wait to see you there!
