The YMCA was wonderful. The entire team of workers were respectful, welcoming, and kind. Had a great time visiting. Very Clean, safe, and quiet atmosphere. Had everything I needed. Would definitely come back. All the kiddos were well behaved and polite and followed directions.

Awesome YMCA, gymnastics center is our families most used spot. Great classes for my 2-year old, OPEN Gym is fantastic for rainy days and cold winter days. Our daughter held her 2nd birthday party there as well which was so easy for us and wonderful for all the kids! Highly recommend!

Great instructors. Variety of classes and times. CHILD WATCH!!!!My daughter can take a swim class. I can rest assured while she is at child watch she will have a good time while I get in a fitness class. My husband enjoys the large fitness floors and 5ks.We all love the special family events!

There are a few positive things I will write about this establishment before I get into the real stuff. First, My son loved it here. He had friends here and enjoyed the things he got to do here. Second, was an employee there name Kyle. He was the only person would could handle an issue with professionalism and actually sincerity. Third, this place was convenient. Thats it. Now I went here has a child and loved it so sending my son there for Kindergarten and Summer camp had me feeling very nostalgic and sentimental. Two and a half years ago there were friendly staff and wonderful and it was very organized. My son had the most amazing teacher Mrs. Sue and she was a dream. Over the last year and a half myself and many other parents had to deal with nasty attitudes, disorganized leadership, lack of communication and many other frustrations. I will never step foot into this establishment ever again. From the ways the After school director spoke to the children so negatively to how issues were handled by upper management. I have to say that taking my son out of here has to be the best choice I have made for him and myself.

The staff is nothing but friendly. The facility is always stocked and clean. Its spacious with plenty of equipment. You can just go and work out and not feel like you are waiting for machines to free up.

Honestly I go in do my workout and leave. It's a great place to just go in get ur workout in, and leave. I also love the fact that there are showers. If I could change one thing it would be fir Planet Fitness to have a pool.

The facility is well laid out with friendly staff and super nice people. I love the morning crew!

Orange Theory Fitness is amazing! I love the coaches and the staff and the workouts. In my first year, I was able to finally run a mile without stopping! I've increased my weight levels on the weight floor and I'm still having a love-hate relationship with the rower. I feel like I've accomplished something when I finish an OTF workout and the coaches are just amazing people! They are motivating, supportive, encouraging, fun, personable and just great people! The staff is also friendly and fantastic. There's this strange need/desire to push yourself more and more with each workout and I feel like I'm getting results - I feel stronger, fitter, and healthier than ever!

Great studio, coaches, and staff! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The workout is truly for all abilities and fitness types and the coaches will adapt and modify anything that you need. Been a member for 4 years and just hit my 1000th class and looking forward to 1000th more!

Had an amazing first class! I’m a newbie, and just getting back into fitness in general. But Laura gave us such good information and made us feel so welcome, and Nicole was a fantastic coach! I survived my first class, and so inspired to come back again! The music is stellar, the hour-long class actually flew by.

Amazing workouts, encouraging trainers, and great people. I recommend to anyone interested in starting a workout routine and meeting new people. There are new challenges, team activities, and gym events that keep you interested in working out and show progress. Love it here!

Great gym if you enjoy finding Easter eggs! Dumbbells are always hidden in random spots, making every workout feel like a treasure hunt.

I had a great experience at the gym. It was a clean, organized, and very spacious facility. It includes a sauna, pool, and steam room. The membership is worth is. The staff are friendly and and helpful. I had a great experience with Camilla in sales, she was helpful getting me on board.

This gym is so terrible! It smells and everything is always broken. Only about half of the treadmills work. I don’t what happened to this establishment but it used to be such a nice gym now even Planet Fitness is better. Also they always blast terrible music- it’s 2025 every would prefer to listen to their own stuff.

Member of LA in Arizona. The location here and in stoneham are far inferior . Dumbells never racked, missing. Equipment 20plus yrs old. Not maintained. Ergonomically wrong in some areas. DIRTY. Have been at others all over the country and these are bad. Then again I haven’t been to Oakland

LA Fitness has been amazing! The gym is clean, spacious, and has all the equipment you need. The group classes are motivating, and the trainers and staff are super helpful and friendly. Love the pool and sauna too – it adds a nice wellness touch. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!

I really like this location and their wonderful staff! I don't know how they do it sometimes when they have big classes but they make sure everyone is doing the exercise correctly, for me that was one of the main plus in a gym to make sure the coaches guide you thru. Love the judgement free zone and the vibe it always makes you wanna come back for more. Big cheers for two of my coaches Maija and Brenda LOVE LOVE the vibes from you ladies, always helping us to push forward. I highly recommend this location in Saugus. If you are looking to stay healthy and vibe with awesome people don’t hesitate to stop by!!!

F45 is a great place to workout! The staff is very helpful & encouraging. My favorite thing about F45 is that the workouts are always challenging and push you to your limits. I always leave feeling accomplished & am assured that I haven’t wasted any time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE F45 and this studio! I've tried everything from Pure Barre, Orangetheory, Crossfit, personal training, Lifetime Fitness, etc and have finally found my home gym! Brenda, Fernanda, and all the coaches are all so warm and welcoming, and will come around to correct form when needed. Great studio with great vibes!

First gym I’ve actually consistently stuck to in years. Coaches all super welcoming and come around to correct form when needed. Feel very comfortable walking in at any fitness level.

I've been going to F45 for couple of months and it's been awesome! The instructors are great, always helping us get the most out of the workouts and correcting forms as needed. Thanks to the diversity of workouts and exercices, this is the only studio I've stuck with, and I've been telling all my friends about it. They love it too!

Great gym. Community gym vibe. Never too crowded and has everything you need!

The gym here is great. Part of the membership that is so valuable are the free classes. Personally I attend their Yoga class. This class is great no matter what age you are or fitness level. The instructor, Lisa is able to make it work for you by offering different poses and modifying them for your individual ability. You will come out of the class feeling rejuvenated, not only physically but mentally as well. And even if you are not a member you can pay for the class. You will be hard pressed to find any Yoga class around at this affordable rate ( now $7 ) at the high level of instruction Lisa provides! Give it a try! Also the personal trainers are very well educated. As a former Physical Educator and coach at a local university in Boston, I am very impressed with one in particular that my partner and I are using, Sean Griffin. He also is tuned in to the goals you want to accomplish and at the level of intensity you want to work at. All in all Flex Fitness provides a great atmosphere to work out in, up to date and high end equipment, cleanliness, and classes for a variety of interests. Their rates are reasonable, so take the plunge and jump right in!

Monthly rate is reasonable. The gym is clean. Most times of the day is not very crowded. AC thermostat is not set low enough on hot summer days.
