Every staff I meet there is absolutely wonderful! SUPER special thanks to Emily for her above and beyond kindness and extremely excellent service ♥️🙏 . Every equipment is kept very clean all the time and the gym goers are friendly and well-mannered. Love this place!

I got say they have better machines than LA Fitness, they're only missing a lowered chest press machine, you can use the cables but there's not many

The staff is friendly and the facilities are always kept very clean. Maintenance on machines is done in a very timely manner. The spa section is well maintained and kept clean and functional! We really enjoy the 30-minute express area.
