I have been training virtually 2-3 times a week with Jean Andre and I am so grateful to have his accountability and guidance. I’ve never really been consistent with my fitness routine, but everything changed when I decided to give JAM Fitness a try and started to see actual progress!

Kerr Family YMCA has been a lifesaver for me this year. My health is drastically improved, as is my mental health (any other moms need a break from the kids on a regular basis?!) The child care is top notch. Whitney, Dawn, and Roya are so special to my children, but EVERYONE in the kids zone is kind, patient, and gentle with the kids. They give honest feedback about how the kids are doing, and follow through with making sure little ones are sent to the bathroom as requested. The gym has recently been renovated and most of the equipment is new! I do wish the pool was kept a little warmer in the winter, but we enjoy family swim time anyway. Another huge benefit is the sauna in the locker room. Lastly, the free coffee station is a fantastic little bonus after a a hard workout. Love the Y and plan to keep my membership for years to come.

I can’t believe this place only has 3.5 stars. I can’t speak to summer camp or child care but I do attend fitness classes and lift weights here and it’s great! Truly a community gym meaning it is smaller and equipment can be limited during busy times. However; it’s a YMCA meaning the people who work here are amazing and caring and friendly. They keep things clean and make regular updates and additions. They listen to feedback and best of all, they support members in need with financial aid and support the community in general with programs and events. I’m proud to be a member here!

We love the Kerr site! The facilities are always clean and everyone is friendly. Our kids often prefer coming to the outdoor pool here in the summer instead of the neighborhood pool because of the big slide ❤️.

So far I have enjoyed the Kerr Family YMCA. Loved the gym classes, and my daughter always has a great time in the child care, the ladies there are very nice and communicate with me about my daughter's time there. So Far we have had a great experience as a family.

This has been my experience with the Banks D Kerr Family YMCA and this is purely subjective. Condescending Christian overtones directed towards members. High pressure from leadership to donate to “we build people” campaign. Over-priced with facilities and equipment extremely lacking. This place and its directorate make me want to be an Atheist.

I've attended a few F45 classes and I can't recommend it enough! The workouts are dynamic, engaging, and challenging – there's never a dull moment. Every class is different, so it keeps things exciting while helping me break through plateaus. The combination of strength, cardio, and functional training really works for building overall fitness, and I've seen noticeable improvements in my endurance, strength, and body composition. What sets F45 apart is the community and the amazing coaches. Collin Chart, one of the coaches, is incredibly motivating and always offer modifications for any fitness level, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and supported. The high-energy environment pushes me to work harder and achieve more than I ever thought possible. The 45-minute duration is perfect – it's intense but manageable, and I love that it fits into my busy schedule. The use of technology, like the screens showing exercises and timers, adds a nice touch and helps keep everyone on track. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, F45 has something to offer. It's a great way to stay fit, have fun, and challenge yourself every day. I’m hooked!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 If you haven't tried F45, this is your call to action! F45 Training is a global fitness program that combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and functional training into 45-minute group workout sessions. The Wakefield coaches are amazing and really cater to each and every one of us. Coach Barry is knowledgeable, offers spot-on corrections to your form, and has a great sense of humor. Coach Kristin pushes you when she knows you're ready, and I also love working out WITH her. Coach Collin is great at making adjustments based on your needs. Coach Irena is an awesome motivator and has the best energy. Coach Audrey is super friendly and always makes great suggestions on adjustments to workouts as well. This is the first time I've tried F45, and although I was scared at first, I now love it! I have a lot of energy, feel stronger, and more confident. If you are on the fence, try F45 Wakefield—the coaches and the community of people are welcoming and great to work out with. 💪

I've been attending F45 classes for a year now and I couldn't be happier with the results! The workouts are challenging, but the coaches are incredibly motivating and always push me to do my best. I love the variety of exercises and the fact that each class is different, so I never get bored. The community here is also amazing - everyone is so supportive and friendly. I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking for a fun and effective workout!

We use Pro 3:5 for track-out camp for our 2 elementary school aged boys and it’s absolutely amazing! The owners are wonderful and their attention to their SOLID staff is clearly visible. Their camp staff welcomes, encourages and participates with campers daily. We’ve tried a handful of camps and this is by far our “go to” place! It’s so hard to find consistent and engaged employees in todays world and whatever they are doing is working!

Our first experience was a parents night out that my kids did not want to go to and they LOVED it. We have done one day of track out camp there and both kids had so much fun!! Previous track out camps they have tried refusing to go and not wanted to go back so them both voicing how much they liked it and wanting to go back is a huge deal! Both kids were super sweaty and red faced at pick up both times which I loved, too. It’s a little pricier than some other camps but they do email coupons plus a sibling discount!

My son (5th grade) loves coming to Pro 3:5 for teacher workday/track out camps. The staff keep the kids entertained and active. My son comes home exhausted (in a good way) and he's made some great friends! The location is great for us, too.

We have traditionally loved Pro 3.5 and have spent many days attending camp over the years as well as having my son's b-day parties here. However, this morning my son woke up with a fever and I tried to re-schedule his camp day and was unfortunately told they will not allow a re-schedule or credit for future use. Camp is very expensive and a hardship for us, but I do it for my son. The owner was NOT understanding and NOT flexible at all! I was beyond disappointed and taken back on how I was treated. I would have expected more from a customer service standpoint. I guess they have now gotten too big and don't really care about repeat customers. Over the years there has only been 1 other time I needed to cancel for an illness and was given a credit for future use.

My son has been going to trackout camp at pro3:5 for over 3 years. He absolutely loves it and begs to go each track out. The staff know him by name when he walks in despite him only attending a few weeks per year.

I had taken hand balancing classes at Enso Movement for a while and really enjoyed the style of teaching. I was looking for classes that would incorporate contortion-style hand balancing instruction, and the instructor was flexible in tailoring the instruction to each student's needs. Enjoyed the classes and am back for more this year!

I love this place! My son does parkour here and I take the arm balancing classes occasionally. I am only giving 4 stars because their website is so terrible; it's slow and difficult to navigate and does not give the appropriate information on receipts for things like FSA reimbursement (summer camp). I have been trying to register for a class this week for about 30 minutes. Just use Mind Body like everyone else.

My son has been going to Enso on and off for over 5 years. The teachers are attentive, fun, and good at what they do! My son loves it! Edited to add: My son still enjoys Enso he started when he was 7 and is now 15 and a counselor in training for their track out/summer camps. My daughter also loves their camps and she's very picky. Alan, Ben and all the teachers are such positive role models. I am incredibly grateful for Enso!

For the price of this gym and in comparison to other LA fitness gyms this gym is underwhelming . It closes entirely too early on the weekends 5pm. There is no amenities ex. Pool, courts, steam rooms. The best class they had - cycling has been discontinued. The best thing about this gym is the young man that works daily cleaning the facility. A step up from planet fitness . Do not recommend

The young men who do the cleaning here do an awesome job. Front desk and trainers are cool too. Lacking some equipment but no gym is perfect. The GM here should be proud because I have been to other LA fitnesses where I used to live recently and they were disgusting.

Has nice location and good amount of parking spaces, but appreciation ends here. There's no customer service once after you've signed up. The management doesn't seem to care. They have rules and guidelines on how to use premises and equipment, but most people don't follow it, and the management doesn't want to know about it. I'd suggest staying away and looking for somewhere better.

One of the biggest poopy experience I ever have at LA fitness. I'm currently holding a membership at the different location gym which is out of state. Coming in think that the process would be easy then I can go on start me workout. But No the front desk dude ask me my information then tell me to wait for the GM then the dude taking forever more then 15mins while my pre kicking in. Then went back to the front dude just to know he didn't hear the part the I currently a member. Then tell how complicated for myself to able to working out that the location. Then want me to keep wait for the GM. No thanks bc of this location I'm going to crunch.

The worst gym ever!!! Very poor management… I started with a $25 all inclusive membership and cancelled it because they have older tanning beds and massage chairs, I didn’t like those. When I switched to a $15 membership, they charged me $30 instead of $15, because they weren’t able to process the payment through autopay on time and then they did it in a couple of days with the late fee through autopay without letting me know!!! Scammers. I would rather go to a more expensive gym with more equipment and space than this MINI gym.

We love Romp n' Roll North Raleigh so much! I love that they offer classes for all ages so everyone from our 8 month old to our 5 year old look forward to rompy days. We had a wonderful time at this open play toddler gym! The facility was very clean, which is always a top priority for us. The music was at the perfect volume—not too loud—which made the atmosphere comfortable for both kids and adults. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. Most importantly, my granddaughter had an absolute blast! We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and fun environment for toddlers to play and explore.

Incredible staff and community of people. This place has singlehandedly saved me as a stay at home mom. There's a constant rotation of classes that tend well to small toddlers/children. Perfect amount of structure and play! I can tell it's helped with my children's development and social skill tremendously. HIGHLY recommend for other parents looking for a consistent, healthy environment to prepare for daycare or school. And always so much fun!!!

My son recently started attending Rumble Roll, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! The entire staff is incredibly kind and supportive, especially Ms. Hannah, Ms. Felicia, and the owner, Ms. Rafia. From day one, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering helpful advice and making sure my son felt safe and comfortable. Although he was initially a bit nervous, they showed such warmth and patience that he quickly started to love coming here. Now, he looks forward to every visit! The facility itself is clean, safe, and well-maintained, which gives me great peace of mind as a parent. I’m so grateful to the team for making this a wonderful, positive environment for my son to grow and learn. Highly recommend!

We love Romp N Roll, North Raleigh! All three of my children have attended over the past five years and my older two sons still ask if they’re able to go and play since they love the teachers and the classes so much! I’m forever grateful to have stumbled upon this learning environment that feels more like family than a play group. The facility is always clean and they have a dynamic range of classes that is sure to keep any child socially, emotionally and intellectually engaged. My youngest daughter now attends a preschool readiness drop off program which she is always excited to go to every week.

Joined to work out and had the most difficult time ever because gym was often not open during posted hours. Finally got a response about my complaint and said something would be done about it but very little was. They also booked a game in which they allowed the male basketball team take over the ladies locker room so I was unable to change, wah up, or use the sauna. My pink beats headphones also disappeared. Very disappointing. On that day I brought a friend by in hopes of brining her group there to workout. I apologized to her and stated that it might be better if they joined Wake County community center. Membership at community center is only 20 per month and allows you to visit any center. I never went back after that. Its a shame because they have a great facility but lack respect for the time and commitment of those that pay to use the facility.

Fun place for kids and adults who are too big to play on a regular school playground but still love swinging on things, jumping, and monkeying around. Smaller kindergartners have a hard time doing most of the obstacles. For adults/large children - If you are perhaps 6' or taller you might have a hard time doing some of the obstacles as well (feet will hit the floor when swinging). My kid had a great time here as part of a fund raiser for a local elementary school. Event was in the evening and there were quite a few kids present. Staff was very helpful and friendly - teaching kids how to overcome obstacles, helping them get to obstacles out of reach, etc. Place is smaller than I expected - we will certainly do this again next year if they do another fund raising night.
