Best Gym near Paterson, New-jersey

I've been training at this boxing gym for about six months, and the experience has been transformative. My confidence has increased, and I've seen consistent improvement in my boxing skills. A huge part of this progress is thanks to the excellent coach drew. Their expertise, encouragement, and personalized guidance have been invaluable in helping me reach my goals.

I just started training with Drew a few weeks ago. The location is great, works with my schedule, I like the fact that even though he pushes me to complete the workout we still work at my own pace. I’m very happy with the quality of the service. 10/10 would recommend.

Always a great enviroment for the casual gym goer and even better for someone looking to pursue martial arts for competition or not. I always recommend this gym. The youth program they have is a big highlight.

I really like this gym. The atmosphere is very high energy, very motivating, But overall I really Love my trainer Frank. He is very professional,very caring, and caters to all of his clients needs. Helps us with our meals and our vitamins. Making sure that we are all feeling our best. Pushes us to be and do the best we can.. Frank is 10/10♥️

Absolutely amazing. When you go there to work out, you see the different vibe. People are serious. That is what I always prefer. When you see people are working out hard and got amazing physique, you got inspired and you push harder to become a better version of yourself.

They never pick up their calls, gym closes super early for no reason, and they need more pictures so people can see the inside better other than that the gym look cool just sucks because it lacks the info ^^^

The machines here are way better then most gyms I have ever been at. Plus this gym has gone through such bigger and better improvements in such a short period of time I can't wait to see what they add next. The owner holds a highly respectable environment so everyone is cool. Plus my internet signal is a hell of a lot better then that other place down the street at the mall that changes their name often. This is where its at as far as gyms go in Paterson. Highly recommend. You guys should Photosphere this place and upload it to Google maps so people can take a look inside.

I love old school iron gyms but Bodyworx doesn’t make the cut for me. Three things that make a gym. 1. Weight selection 2. Atmosphere (music, clean gym, bar) 3. Members or the gym family (the one loud mouth that thinks he runs the gym is annoying) Trust me you can’t miss this guy; he’s quite the character. Also loves to turn the radio up so loud you can’t hear your own music. People need to take mental illness very seriously it’s at an all time high. This gym has none of the three aforementioned and this is why they don’t make the cut for me.

I have been writing complaints about this place and nothing has been done. There’s only ever been 3 employees working here, no management, they allow teenagers to workout here all year long, they let people come here without checking in, and for months they have been allowing people to keep their belongings in the lockers overnight. Well today I arrive and see that someone cracked the lockers open and everybody had their belongings stolen from the lockers and now there’s a police investigation. This place needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY!

Paterson nj wear I stated and I was rubbed twice lockers broking In to leak of ventilation gym floor always wet from leaky ceiling garbage 🗑 to catch the water 💧 hazardous to gym goers staff no english in America shame just a nasty place I'm gonna call on inspector to make sure it's up to the proper code the equipment always broke I'll ha e pics 📸 later forgot to take some .

You get what you pay for . A 10 dollar gym and it’s 10 dollar service . Half a the year one part of the equipment is out of service and vice versa ., if they don’t decide to just to pull it out the floor . The last 2 times I was there at 5 am the place did not open till 515. Wasting people time is very disrespectful. Im hoping an other gym opens in the area , so this horrible place is not the p my option .

There was no body wash, no hanger for towels on the shower, all hand wash was empty, floor had been for a long time didn't clear (the floor got dirt color) this is a place connected to the health of the customer but was the worst part of the place

WARNING TO EVERYONE,there is no door on the lockers so people will “100 %” steal your stuff .DONT BE SURPRISED after the second time I just cancel my subscription

The worst experience. I went to the office to see how I can join in and it was a men who gave me all the information and everything but I told him I want to see the gym first cuz I want to know how it is he said ok I’ll be there at 6:30 pm u can go and see it ok I did that I went the the place at 6:30 pm and he told me I’m little late I’ll be there in 20 min I said ok np cuz I live near and it was perfect for me but he never get there . Why u just called and says oh no today I can make it wasted my time smh.I spent one hour waiting for him 😪😪😪😪😪

I trained there from 2009-2012. 2nd Best gym I ever trained at in my life
