Best spinning studio around. I attend weekly classes, I get a great workout in and enjoy the instructors as well as other classmates. The studio is clean, and organized. The staff always communicates well, classes are easy to book and they post great deals often. Keep up the great work!!!

Recently I graduated from college and regularly attended spin classes there. After moving back home, I wanted that sense of community back again, but still wanted to get a sweat on! I went alone on a Monday night, (something I NEVER do is go somewhere new alone) went in and instantly was introduced to the studio by Erin. She asked if she could help me get my bike set up and if I’ve ever done a spin class before. The class was AMAZING. High energy and upbeat music. Every class and every instructor has introduced themselves to me and told me how the class would be laid out. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go to twice a week. Very inclusive and you can make the class what you want. Pedal along on your own or follow the instructor! Love you SPC
