The, black, female on the reception is a lier and spying I asked her about males she said there is no male. She asked me about personal info while she was writing an email. Males were more than females and are provoking and frat. More over the he instructor, female, was totally careless... I don't recommend it

Coach Natalie and Coach Belle teach a gymnastics course for little tots (our daughter is 3 yrs old) and it is SO special. They teach with patience, kindness, and enthusiasm to keep the little ones engaged. The class consists of music/basic movement, skill challenges, and free time. They have some body positioning exercises for home as well. We love it!

Was there for a scheduled class. Facility clean and definitely kids friendly.

My kids have taken numerous classes here. The facility is superb, save for a bit crowded in the waiting area. It's a hoot, though, to watch the kids from the other side of a one-way mirror where all the parents sit, as the kids walk balance beams, making faces at the mirror.

We had a great experience when we had our 6 year old's birthday party here. They verify vax status and negative test result. The gym time was 1.5 hours and the kids were constantly on the move, much like an obstacle course. The coaches worked well with kids of all abilities. My son, the birthday boy, said it was the best day of his life!

Love the vibes here! Small group personal training is a great way to get motivation and support to accomplish your exercise goals. The staff is friendly and engaging (kudos to Sydney) which creates an environment of people working out together and sharing stories. This place has challenged me to do my best, improved my exercise form, and introduced me to some great people.

I love everything and everyone here! All are warm and very welcoming. Training sessions are individualized and I always look forward to my challenging, yet fun workout! Thank you coaches for always listening and being so attentive to your clients! I had lower back issues when I joined, three weeks later, the pain was gone and I am able to workout and leave uninjured! I highly recommend this place!

Best place in Oak Park to workout hands down! Instructors are knowledgeable and they work hard to make sure it is always a welcoming environment. If you are new to working out, or a seasoned athlete, they will create a program right for you. Your fellow workererouters will be at all different levels too!

Thanks, RCTF! Yesterday I had a great annual check up with my physician. Compared with my visit last year, just about everything has improved: my weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar! I’m pretty sure the individually programmed exercise you provide is a big part of the improvement. You guys are the best!

I love the high energy and that the class is led by an instructor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a quality program that gets results. All of the staff are kind, helpful, and very informative. They make you feel as though you are part of a community, and no questions you may have are a stupid question.

The coaches are amazing and the community helps to keep me on track. Every day is something different and I have seen real results. Plus, I do not know what I would do without the "me" time and the ability to get aggression out!

This is my second month of my membership (started premier and going to elite) and here is my review: Pros: - Great, accommodating, understanding and friendly staff. Knew my name from first week. Personable and positive attitude. - Coaches are great, encouraging and provide personal feedback as feasible. - Between the 3 stations, workouts vary day to day, week to week, and month to month. A range of levels of challenges you can adjust to and gradually increase to go at your own pace. - I definitely feel the difference in my energy and fitness level going 3-5 times a week 💪🏽 - working out with a group of people with different levels of fitness is definitely motivational and inspirational. - safety protocols on spot: masks 😷 on, regular cleaning of equipment 🧼 and air purifiers. Cons: - a bit on the pricey end. - first week, I felt a bit lost and had some difficulty making out what some coaches were instructing. Partly due to being a visual person and partly due to sound quality and loud music. - downgrading your membership is not as smooth or easy as upgrading it. You need to give a notice before end of billing cycle + still pay the higher fee the 30 days after that billing cycle. Overall 5 stars and love the experience!!
