If you prefer old school and don't care about clean equipment... this is your place. There are often few people training during the week and you can make more progress than in gyms that are full with people who are just sitting on the equipment doing nothing with their cell phone in hand.

This gym is perfect. No hassles of signing up for extra stuff. Great equipment. Atmosphere is awesome. People there to push you and bring you to your best potential. There’s no reason to feel intimidated by anyone there, because everyone there is there for a purpose and to help out. It’s honestly a family feel. Egos are left outside. Go here if you want to get healthier and feel good and look good.

Great facility with all of the equipment needed for a great workout. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. Personal training is available.

The environment is encouraging, especially for heavy lifting. Everyone is so friendly and open to giving advice on different lifts and how to progress further. Very glad i’ve switched to this gym. Also has all the equipment you need!

This is a great gym, for beginners and experienced lifters. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. The best equipment around and by far the best place to workout in Illinois!
