Extremely nice. Equipment is very well maintained. Clean. COOL! Kara is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with on learning the equipment.

Very nice gym. Always sparkling clean and well-light all times of the day and night and if you visit during staffed hours, the Pokrop family are great people!

Truthfully/honestly haven't been there since Feb of this year do to medical reasons. Before this issue,loved this place!! Well Clean the owners are awesome to talk with,very helpful n knowledgeable with the machines. Help out if ya need a spotter. Climate control,believe Satellite music,cameras for surveillance inside n out. Great men n women that are members,that I got to meet,chat with ask questions,spotters,return the favor as well. Team family all achieving n striving for there goals,maintaining,staying fit/active. Look forward to getting back there when time allows!! 💪🏼😎✌

TOP NOTCH staff and gym. Always open and clean. Staffed by owners who are super personable and always very helpful. Love coming to the gym and our family has benefited from such a fantastic facility so close to home that is accessible and affordable.

I workout here 4-5 times a week. The staff is friendly and helpful! Also the equipment is well kept and clean.

Excellent gym. It's in an old t shirt factory so the building itself isn't the greatest but there is plenty of room and a good variety of equipment. Even when it gets a little full you dont have to worry about not having equipment to use. Fair prices and probably lowest around. Would give five stars if the place had AC or some big fans to move air through the place during the summer. Also if the person who always (EVERY SINGLE DAY) leaves the 45s on the bar at the deadlift deck would stop doing that.

Great gym, what you would expect from the name. It's an old factory, has all the essentials you would need to get a great workout in.

STAIRS!! 3rd floor gym. Quite sparse but seems to have the staple equipment. No shower or lockers that I found.

Absolutely amazing gym! I had the privilege of a day In today just passing through and wow everything was immaculate clean, Plenty of free weights and machinery for everyone. There’s even a deadlift area! Thanks for letting me hit it hard today I can’t wait to come back again soon!

I have been a part of many gyms in my life. This gym surpasses all of my expectations and experiences. The group classes are my favorite and the community that is involved is incredibly kind and welcoming!

This is the first gym that i have been at that i feel comfortable working out. the staff is amazing. always greet you by your name when you walk in and when you leave. i have seen a noticeable difference in myself and my confidence level has improved. you won’t be disappointed.

Awesome place! Trish and staff makes sure you feel like family. Always clean, bulbs changed regularly. The price is reasonable for the area. I had my eyebrows and top/bottom liner tattooed there and it looks fantastic. I highly recommend, try it for yourself.

I asked the staff if the previous review by Cate Norton "the place is run down and the staff is rude" They don't have a record of her using the services. If she did it would have been many years ago . They have a great staff and the place is very clean. They only rent where they are. I enjoy the services very much. The therapy is wonderful. It helped me a lot with stress. I will continue to use the services at Endless Summer Day Spa

DO NOT go to this place. I bought a facial and massage package for my mom for her birthday and my nana. They only received the facials and the lady doing them was 10 minutes late running into the building to unlock it with her kid, UNPROFESSIONAL. Then they tried to make my mom pay an additional $40 to have another facial, uh no! They are shady, they obviously knew what package they ordered because they gave my mom and nana the wine! When my mom contacted them about the issue of course no reply! They rip you off and they are unprofessional! Don't waste your money

Doesn't deserve any stars at all. The place is run down with rude employees. They act like you're disrupting their day. My manicure was awful, my ten year old daughter could have done better. During my pedicure she complained the whole time about having to touch my feet. Really? That's your job. They had no polish selections and what they did have looked old and nasty. My facial was done in the hair washing sink. My neck still hurts,. I didn't get to choose my facial she just slathered some goop on and wrapped my face in paper towels (not nice soft warm towels like it should be). to top it all off i the middle of my facial I had to listen to one of the ladies yell at people trying to make an appointment. I felt so bad for them. I wanted to get o the phone ad tell them to go somewhere else. It was not relaxing, and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. They were not professional in anyway shape or form. Sadly enough I doubt they have any real license. I won't go back, and hope this review saves you. You deserve to have a nice relaxing time, find another place this one will ot give you that.

Amazing customer service. Staff is friendly. Establishment is very clean and they take it seriously!! Will definitely continue to go there for my tanning needs regardless of the distance I have to drive to use services.

Top notch football program for the kiddos. Coaches are outstanding. And a beautiful park too!

Exactly what a guy needs in a gym. Open 24 hours and they have a lot of free weights (many gyms are full of cable machines and no regular weights). Opening the door via phone app is very convenient. Treadmills are brand new. Mini split A/C units are brand new so air quality is good. Saw the new spin bikes for the room being converted to spin class room...will be a nice addition. The gym isn’t big and bright like the common chain gyms. In my travels, I’ve been to about a half dozen different Planet Fitness gyms and, although PF is fine, I’d prefer this type gym over PF since they have more free weights and I like how equipment is broken out into smaller/separate rooms (more privacy). I was only a guest at Frystown Fitness for a day while I passed through town but I did have a good experience there getting a good run in on the treadmill, some deadlifts, etc.. Wanted to take time to write this and give props to a quality, local small business. Coffee shop on 1st floor under the gym is good too...great cup of coffee.
