Best Gym near Mt-union, Pennsylvania

Went with the family yesterday, the kids are excited to have a gym.

For a majority of my life i was overweight and never did anything about it. Over the years i began to starve myself to lose weight. I was so addicted to it that i went from 164lbs to 118lbs. I was eating 2 bowls of cereal for dinner and acted as if i was full. The first day i went to the gym was toward the end of june. On the first day i nearly threw up and felt tired. Over the 3 months of going there i went from weighing a puny 118 pounds to weighing 146 pounds. Everyday i go there i picture the previous versions of myself. I see my fat rolls turn into tight skin pulled up against bone. When i walk past the mirrors ad catch a glimpse of what i have become i get overwhelmed with joy. For a majority of my life i complained about my weight, now i share it with friends and family with pride. Going to the gym has and will continue to change my life. I can say with certainty that it was the greatest decision of my life.

Fantastic facility. Extremely clean and well maintained. They are commited to providing a safe workout environment even through the current pandemic. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpfull staff. The best gym I've ever been part of.
