Best Gym near Moore, Oklahoma

Very nice spacious gym. It has a lot of machines and is very spread out. Bathroom and showers are also super clean. Also a lot of sitting areas to wait. The only thing missing is a sauna!

My recent experiences at Gold's Gym Moore have been far from satisfactory. The racist, discriminatory behavior, and unwarranted hostility from staff (the manager of this location included) are deeply concerning. Not only have I faced inappropriate looks and behavior during my visits, but there's a consistent pattern of staff leaving the front desk when I'm entering or leaving the building, creating an unwelcoming environment. Despite having addressed similar issues in the past and rejoining after switching locations, the problems persist. Regrettably, this time, I will be seeking assistance from civil rights enforcement to address the ongoing racism and discrimination at this location.

Really love this gym, staff is super friendly and the stuff they have is nice. Only complaint is I use to come here back in 2016 and still to this day they have the same exact equipment, and it’s showing its age. Would love to see a bit more added to the downstairs section. Need more equipment for the space they have. Haven’t seen anything new in years besides the new squat racks. Could use more cables downstairs and more leg equipment that doesn’t suck. Still great gym!

I absolutely love this gym! There are so many different machines and equipment so no matter what your goals are you can have a good workout. Im pretty new to the gym community but it feels super friendly and inviting! I recommend 100%

They have everything you need, it’s always clean and tidy, and I never feel crowded. The staff there are always kind and friendly and helpful!

My daughter has been at Alpha gymnastics for for almost 6 years. We started in the parent and tot class when she was 2 and she immediately loved it. She has had several coaches over the years that have all taught her something special. We have grown to love everybody at Alpha Gymnastics. There’s always good communication, friendly staff, and my daughter is always learning new skills. Alpha is an amazing place to start gymnastics and always room to grow!!!

Our daughter is in her eighth year at Alpha, and it was the best decision we could’ve made when choosing a gym. They’ve always kept her best interest in mind while coaching her in a safe, positive, and encouraging environment. We feel confident in knowing that she’s in the best hands and love watching her grow as a gymnast!!

We traveled to this meet today from over 2hrs away for my daughter. She had a wonderful time at the meet. She loved the awards that were given out and getting to dress up in a team costume since it was the zoo review! There were so many cute leos for sale I bought one for her & one to take home for my optional level gymnast. I also loved how the photographer got some great shots of my daughter and the pictures were very affordable. Thanks so much for hosting this meet!

Awesome place! AMAZING COACHES! Super clean & organized facility! Team kids and recreation kids have thrived and become confident, super awesome athletes! The coaches as well as the owners have worked not only with the kids but the parents as well. The team has a solid, cohesive structure with a price to pay as we (parents) all accept that. The cost structure is part of the sport and understandably the parents know that's what it takes to run the business. The cost of any program being ran at Alpha is very near the same market price as all the other gymnastic clubs in the area. What sets Alpha Gymnastics a part from the other clubs and their costs is the heart, dedication and devotion of the owner/coaches and their gymnasts!

My daughters have been going to Alpha for a little over a year and a half now. They have moved up from recreational gymnastics to team and have made great strides in their abilities with the required skills as well as physical fitness. When we first started going there we had no idea what we were getting into in terms of what competition gymnastics was going to cost. After some research into pricing and what the average cost was we realized that gymnastics was going to take a lot of time, dedication, and some extra expenses due to travel and what not. My daughters are more than just gymnasts and teammates. All the girls are like family and the smaller ratio of coach to gymnast provides for an outstanding environment for the gymnasts to get the extra attention they need. This was extremely apparent when another gymnast who left for another local gym with larger gymnast to coach ratio was scoring lower at the state meet, when she was a full point higher score wise when she was still at Alpha. Overall for me the training my daughters receive has paid dividends and even if it's a minor difference in cost I am more that willing to look past that due to the level of interaction and instruction provided by Karis and her team of coaches.

This school has Grown so much in the last 5 years. Seems to me its well funded and kids there seem to be happy. Just an observation from attention basketball events.
