The gym space is huge plenty of cardio machines, weights and machines, as well as a cycling room and multipurpose room for aerobics and heavy bag work. The locker room is old and needs work. They have a 4 lane regulation sized pool, large hot tub, A COLD PLUNGE TUB (which is finally working after 6+ mos of being broken) and a dry sauna. There is also a track to run on. The overall gym culture in this location is poor. Many of the members leave weights all over the floors and do not seem to put things back where they belong. Also many of the members use wipes for various things and either throw them on the floor or try and stuff them in a machine?!? This is extremely irritating. I don't allow my students or my own kids to behave in this manner and I sure don't expect it from adults! That being said many of the regulars are very congenial and helpful when it comes to your workout if you ever need help.

I enjoy working out and will do it under the worst conditions. But for the sake of leaving a review for my fellow fitness junkies and future members, I have to say that this one is in desperate need for remodeling. For starters, The carpet needs to go asap! It is soiled and torn to pieces. Also, the pipes and HVAC ducts above are covered in dirt. The weights are scattered throughout the gym and no one ever puts them back where they belong. Also, the restrooms always seem to be dirty. And why isn’t the QR scanner permanently placed at the front desk when checking in? Does LA Fitness really have to justify the need to have an employee there? On a positive note, the fitness equipment does seem to be maintained fairly well. When something breaks, it’s up and running in a matter of days. Gym members are mostly to blame for the disorder but at some point, management must do something to keep up with appearance.

Quite spacious, many different machines for all muscle groups that are not at the Upland/La Verne La Fitness that I go to which is a plus. Clean facility. I would of given it a 5 star however there was a guy walking around with a ceiling vacuum duster and literally did not concern himself with anyone around him, did not care he was dropping dust down on gym goers as they are working out under the area he is dusting. I would of knocked off multiple stars but everything else other than that was great.

This gym is falling apart. The cold pool has been broken since the summer with promises every time that I visit that they are just “waiting on parts”. Almost of the lockers have had their locks cut off and they look like they haven’t updated the locker rooms since the 80s. Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up at this garbage gym.

My overall experience at GoldsGym is excellent. I been a member since it opened up and I have always enjoyed coming here to workout. My only complaint about this gym is that a lot of the most common used machines are broken often. They get fixed and a couple days later they are broken again. Maybe it’s time to upgrade to new machines?

I wish the eagerness to print this flyer immediately after I used a weight was the standard for this gym! I wish it existed on how clean they keep this place because it’s filthy bathrooms always dirty and never stocked, machines broken for weeks, parking lot filled with trash! There was even a rat problem! I wish the amount of attention and effort it took to hurry and print this “notice” would be the golden standard. as a member we should have amenities and work out equipment for everyone!

I haven’t been in the gym since I lost my arm, but at golds gym it’s been a great experience so far. People have been supporting me and helping me when needed. The staff has been very kind I couldn’t ask for a better staff then they have right now. if you are thinking about giving up you can do this! I lost an arm but I still go 5x a week even when I don’t want to!! Any doubts or problems you may face you can do this just believe in yourself!!!

I usually work out at the Gold’s Gym near my home at Victoria Gardens, but I sometimes come here because I enjoy the cardio cinema and the swimming pool. The staff here are very friendly, and it’s rare to see the equipment fully occupied. That being said, the gym really needs a major renovation and regular maintenance. I submitted a repair request for the rowing machines a year ago, but the only two rowing machines are still not fixed after all this time.

I had to cancel my membership after a truly frustrating and disheartening situation. I was boxing in the gym’s boxing room, and I was the only female in there when, around 10:05 PM (with the gym closing at 11:00 PM), maintenance staff stormed in unannounced. They began spraying cleaning chemicals on the mirrors and the floor, forcing me to wrap up my session early, despite not being done working out. It felt like I was being kicked out without any consideration, especially as the only person in the room. I confronted the maintenance staff within the moment about why they would disrupt my workout like this, and let them know I would be reporting the issue to management the next day. I also made it clear they should never do this again. After this incident, I decided to cancel my membership, but canceling with Gold’s Gym turned out to be a NIGHTMARE. The process was unnecessarily difficult, and I want to warn others that it’s almost impossible to cancel your membership smoothly. On top of that, a huge portion of the gym’s machines were broken. It felt like 90% of the equipment was either out of order or poorly maintained, which is completely unacceptable for a gym of this caliber. Overall, the lack of respect for my workout time, the poor condition of the equipment, and the frustrating cancellation process made it clear I would not be continuing my membership at Gold’s Gym. Be aware before signing up — this is not a gym that values its members’ time or makes it easy to leave when needed.

I love the people here - the volunteers are so kind and thoughtful. And the atmosphere is peace. It is a great place to meditate and learn. I've had many insights meditating here, including the realization that I don't need a beautiful place with holy statues to feel and enjoy my higher self. I learned here that I don't need to come to any religious space to grow. So I am very glad I came.

The Garbha Mandir is the breathing space of all the God and Goddess. All deities are radiating with such intense healing energy. It’s a deep meditative , energizing, and fulfilling experience to be in the womb of the Cosmos. This is where you can cultivate spiritual and conscious relationship with the Divine.
