Motives isn’t just a “personal training gym”, it’s a group of leaders who help you achieve your goals in life through fitness. I was hesitant at first, but choosing Motives was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Dan is my coach, but all the coaches are simply incredible and become your friends very quickly. They listen to you and take the necessary steps to help YOU. The facility is always clean, the other members are friendly, and the space has everything you need. I highly recommend Motives to everyone.

Motives has changed my life. This is a place to get personalized training without the cost you would actually spend on personal training. Your coach sets up your workouts customized to what your needs and abilities are. There is no guessing as to what I should be doing when I walk into the gym. Your coach will be there for you every step of the way on whatever your fitness journey is. I highly recommend Motives for those who really want to make a difference in their health and fitness.

I’ve been with Motives working out ~3 days a week. All of the coaches are awesome! A year ago I was in pain, had low confidence and depressed. My pain has now decreased immensely, I feel stronger and more confident. Motives gives me the motivation I need to keep going back. I’ve never been able to say that about any other gym or workout program I’ve participated in. My daughter is now starting her journey with Motives today! Thank you Ashley, Mike, Dan & Alexa!!

I joined Motives almost two moths ago. I have been working with Ashley and she is wonderful. She really meets you where you are, helps build your confidence and offers excellent instruction. She works hard to ensure an injury free but tough workout. I came in with reduced mobility in my shoulder. She tailored exercises specifically for me and in this short time my shoulder mobility has increased! Whether in personal training or in a group class Ashley makes sure that every workout works for you.

By far the best facility and professional trainers/motivators/educators in the fitness industry. I look forward to starting my day at Motives and working with the staff. They provide much more than a workout. They give all members a safe place to explore their individual wants and needs without judgement.

It's a nice place for kids to learn and practice gymnastics! I was here to attend a birthday party. There are a lots of recreation activities for kids to do such as trampoline jump, zip lining, rope climbing etc. Things which could be improved are the birthday hall. It takes place in a hall way which is not having a good amount of space specially for parents to sit or stand. Also the restrooms should be renovated a bit and clear there should be some clear signs for them.

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party here & it was so much fun! We had a wide range of ages of children (between 1 and 10), and everyone had something to do! The bigger kids loved the zip line and the trampoline & the little ones loved being able to climb up the mats and bounce on a smaller trampoline as well as use the ride on toys that were available. The kids were also able to walk across the balance beam, use the bars and climb the rope. There was never a moment that anyone seemed bored or out of place. Everyone was included! Barry was so easy to work with, gave great suggestions and kept everything very organized. The girls that helped us on the gym floor were great too! They were involved and kept the kids under control. I highly recommend having a birthday party here!

We had our son’s 6th birthday party there and it was AWESOME! There was something for all of the kids to do, even the little ones! They all had a blast and can’t stop talking about how much fun they had. Thanks to Barry and his team for such an awesome experience, I highly recommend having your child’s party here!

They have a nice setup here for more athletic kids. It kept our 2 y.o. occupied for well over an our, then he got sleepy since it was nap time. Wish it had been busier with more kids his age. The owner was in and was very friendly and accomodating, which I'm sure is a challenge when you are in a place filled with noisy kids every day. Make sure you bring cash. No credit cards accepted. It appeared that they only had one small bathroom in the kids party area, which might be a problem when you have a larger group.

Had my sons 5 year bday party there and it was Awesome 👏! My. 1 year old and a couple of other little ones had tons of stuff to play on and had a blast too! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, party went off without a hitch.
