It's a good place to practice sport and work out. I went to train at the gym. It was a good experience. It's not the most complete gym when it comes to equipment, but you can do a decent workout there. By the way, the gym is exclusively avaliable only for Penn State Students.

Overall a pretty good facility. But when it gets busy there are not enough pieces of equipment. Convenient location and good equipment, just needs to be more. People try to do yoga on the floor but there really is not room for it so they end up doing it behind the bikes or by the scale. Could be better, could be worse.

This is where you go to use exercise machines on the Penn State Harrisburg campus as well as a common place on Campus that hosts large meeting catered events. Clean, modern & well organized

Warm but they have all the equipment you would possibly need to work any body part.

Amazing personal trainer! He taught me to love exercise for the first time. He is so knowledgeable, and can explain the why behind any exercise. He is great at targeting just what you need and can work with any obstacles to help you reach your specific goals. Can't recommend him enough!!

I've worked with Jeremy for a little over a year. I first reached out to him when I was training for the fire academy. Jeremy work with me and tailored all my excercises to meet my needs and to achieve my goals. If there were any scheduling issues that popped up along the way, he was always accommodating and was able to work around my schedule. I felt extremely confident in my physical abilities going into training. I would not hesitate to work with Jeremy again or recommended him to anyone who is looking to improve their fitness.

Jeremy Kring is the owner of Jumping JACS and he absolutely loves what he does. I found him while looking for a personal trainer for general fitness and endurance. He wrote me a program that specifically fit my fitness goals and we do 1 - 1 trainings. The nice thing about doing the 1 on 1 trainings is when your first starting out you tend to worry about people staring and judging you. He has in a room where no one else can see you and it helps keep your mind at ease. While doing the exercises Jeremy will first demonstrate how to do the exercise and watch how you do it. If he notices that your form is wrong he gives guidance on how to better adjust so that you don't get injured. He also explains how each exercise benefits the particular muscle that it targets and other muscles that may support that movement, I'm the type of person that enjoys knowing this and it creates interesting conversation. Every 6-8wks we revisit my fitness goals and he adjusts my program by giving me a new set of exercises to do so that your muscles don't get used to doing the same exercises over and over. Overall if you are looking for a personal fitness trainer I would highly recommend Jeremy you will have a hard time finding someone more knowledgeable, experienced, and caring than him.

Jumping J.A.C.s has been an amazing place to workout. I have been going for 3 years. Offers flexible scheduling, reasonable pricing, one on one training guidance, and individualized work out programs. Jeremy is amazing to work with and provides a variety of equipment and exercises. Great for those just starting out their work out journey or an advanced athlete or those right in the middle that just want to get stronger or tone up without the big gym intimidation. Jeremy also offers nutritional guidance to incorporate healthy eating into daily life. Jumping J.A.C.s is worth your money and time!

I found Jeremy almost 3 years ago. I cannot put into words how much he has changed my life over the past 2.5 years. I had a hard time working out on my own and coaching was everything I needed! Prices for his services are honest and fair. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks Jeremy!

It's clean and they provide basketballs for use. There are men and woman bathrooms and plenty of seats for those that want to see the show.

Liked this place great parking and nice area. The only thing is there is only seating on the 1 side of the gym plus no vending machines for drink or snacks.
