Best Gym near Middleburg-heights, Ohio

This place is incredible, and has everything you could want in a gym. Tons of free weights, cable and isolation machines, cardio stuff, pools, saunas, basketball, racquetball, basketball, tracks indoor and outdoor, you name it. Nicely maintained locker rooms, very clean with a friendly staff. My only wish is that we're open 24 hours like many commercial gyms so I could get in before work on weekdays or a late night session in. Would gladly sign a waiver and for this even just to get to the weights and cardio stuff.

Phenomenal facility, super clean and friendly staff. A friend recommended it so I got temporary pass and didn't want to leave after the months were up. They open early 5am which works with my busy schedule. The indoor walking track, the warm water pool and the jacuzzi are my favorite features. Locker room has built in locks and showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I took my first yoga class this week. Great experience! I love that the classes are included in the monthly membership fees.

Just recently joined in the last few weeks, I will say for the price, you do get a lot of different amenities. Comes with built in electronic locks in locker room, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and a good selection of workout equipment and quite a bit more. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. My only concern I would say is the hours. For the schedule I have it would be nice if on the weekends it was open a little later, but otherwise I would definitely recommend here.

I have been going to Lifeworks on and off for 23 years. I have a free membership at a recreation center through work. However, Lifeworks’ facilities and amenities blow the rec center out of the water. Times that I paused membership were when I was too busy go, or was in a lazy rut. The facility and equipment is always clean and inviting. The atmosphere is friendly and non-judgmental. Each locker room has its own whirlpool, sauna, and steam room. The lockers have digital locking keypads (no need to bring your own lock). I see a lot of reviews that have negative comments about the price. You get what you pay for, and I think the membership fee is reasonable for what you get from it. Sign up for a free day pass and check it out. You’ll see for yourself what a great fitness center Lifeworks is.

Spa areas very clean with a welcoming environment. John was very articulate about each treatment area and how it worked. Didn’t feel rushed. While the sauna was wonderful and they gave 45 minutes of use, I had to turn the heat down as it was too high. Provided towels, water and a robe was a really nice touch. The float pool: could be a little warmer. Due to the high salt content, watch your eyes and use the ear plugs & petroleum jelly they give you on any area that might burn. I had to learn the hard way and it cut my experience short. Loved the pre and post rain shower and tea tree products. Bring shower shoes and any toiletries as needed. Nice big area to get changed after you have been recharged!

Such friendly Staff, very patient & understanding professionals. However their insurance acceptance is extremely limited so have to check first. Maybe Stella Luna can list the insurance that is accepted on the website for clients to find, that would be helpful. The client rooms are cozy, love the tranquil sounds in the lobby. They have a restroom! That's a plus! I love the credentials on the lobby wall. I always recommend this place.

They could not tell me on the phone wether they take my insurance or not . They say its yoir responsibility to make sure they accept your insurance. I will not put a card on file to have been billed . I don't understand why they didnt know if my insurance was accepted or not .

I have done counseling at Stella Luna and was glad when they recently added cool wellness services like the incredible FLOAT TANK!!! (Cannot say enough how transporting it is!) But last week, me and several friends made a day of it and spent hours giving ourselves some love. We spent a lot of time in the salt room and the sauna and then alternated people getting massages and floating. We even got Rune spirit readings, that were completely spot on! It was SO fun! I will continue to go on my own whenever possible, but wanted to share this awesome group experience!

I had a wonderful reiki and sound bath experience with Stella Luna. They are very attentive and communicative throughout the whole process. They're very intuitive practitioners. I felt transported during the treatment and like some energy blockages were cleared as I left. Highly recommended them to anyone in the Cleveland area or folx traveling through town needing a refresh.

I joined Innovative Fit in March of last year and it has been one of the best decisions I could've made. I've always wanted to join a studio. Gyms weren't really my thing because I don't like making up my own routines. I've always enjoyed following along to guided exercises with others. I would frequent Southland Shopping Center and kept seeing Innovative Fitness. I was curious on what it was about so I checked out the website and thought it looked so cool! Plus, it was different. I met with owner Nikki one Monday trying everything from trampoline, to bungee, to the Kangoo boots and have been hooked ever since. The studio and its members are welcoming and the trainers are fantastic, each with their own flair. I excitedly look forward to each class especially elite hops jump class!

Absolutely love Innovative Fit! Nikki is very friendly, accommodating, and inspirational! Never been so motivated! Love the idea of new, unique, fun workouts with a fabulous support group! My 6yr old son also joined the Martial Arts program. He is definitely enjoying himself along with learning great self defense techniques! This is my new home away from home, just what I needed to better myself and my family for 2021!

If you’re thinking about joining, run don’t walk! Never have I ever felt so comfortable in a gym. The instructors for Jump are all so friendly and kind, willing to help and will encourage you the entire time. When the pandemic hit, Innovative Fitness had to get creative and went to a virtual platform. It was WONDERFUL and I’m so happy it has continued! Truly couldn’t recommend highly enough.

My Daughter has been training at DeCore Martial Arts for 2 years and it’s been an amazing experience. James and Brian have pivotal in developing my daughter into the young woman she is becoming. We love being apart of the DeCore family. I highly recommend them . If your looking for some and exercise I also recommend checking out Innovative Fit. This guys have a blast while getting after it!!! Check them out, you won’t be disappointed.

Lost over 30lbs in the few months I've attended classes all while having a lot of fun doing so. The instructors are helpful, compassionate and make you feel very welcome. The same is to be said with others that attend classes. Everyone is there to help motivate and encourage each other. It's a great place to start or diversify your workouts. 💪

Tried to cancel my membership twice in person and once over the phone; every front desk worker I talked to told me that only the manager could cancel it for me and that they'd pass along the message, but the manager still has not called me back and I got charged for another month.

The gym experience is amazing.
