Skyler is the best in the business and when I say something like that I really mean it. As a female I first thought I might be intimidated by a male trainer who has devoted his life to being fit especially when I felt like I had not been on par with eating and working out. I’m telling you when I told him what I wanted out of our sessions he made sure to make it happen. Skyler has a great personality and I always felt comfortable, confident and most importantly got results with our workouts!

This place is the den of conquerors. This is where you are in an absolute amazing atmosphere to be able to dial in and conquer whatever your fitness goals may be. I love this place. The only gym I will go to in all of the Jacksonville area.

I really enjoy the simplicity of this gym. It has everything you need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. As a woman, security was a concern for me, especially going later in the evening. They have security cameras inside and out and the monitors are set up next to the front door where you can easily see before leaving. When I go, there are only 1 or 2 people so it’s not super packed like bigger gyms. I’ve seen people bring their kids and have them sit in the front desk area. This wouldn’t be ideal for smaller children since you can’t see in there and it’s right next to the front door but could work for elementary aged kids I’m sure. My only complaint is that it is VERY dark outside and not well lit. I’m still giving 5 stars though because I don’t think that’s the owner of the gyms fault, but the owner of the building should really work on getting lights in the parking lot.

I have known the owner Skyler for over 7 years. He is the most motivating, selfless and disciplined person I’ve ever known. He’s all about driving you to your max potential while also being encouraging and putting in 110% effort with you. His work ethic and personal touch make his gym stand out above all others. This gym critique's to your goals and is unlike your standard gym. They also offer meal plans to help you achieve your fitness milestones that are super affordable. I highly recommend Stretch and Flex without any shadow of a doubt.
