Love this gym. Best place for serious lifters! Jam packed with machines. Love the Italian machines. I just wish they had a deal for students or would be on Gympass.

I love this gym! This gym has been my home gym for the last two years. They have had some faults but are very quick to fix it and enforce it! The gym's organization has improved ever since they enforced re-racking weights. This has been a major problem for a while but now with the strict policy, it makes gym session's way more enjoyable not having to rack some one else's weights. The staff is very friendly and the gym is a whole vibe!

I got a one day pass for Saturday and it didn’t disappoint, I was able to get my leg workout without any issues or having to wait for an open equipment unlike my current gym, I will be switching in the coming week.

I re-rack my weights every single time I use a machine and have been doing so for years. I saw an old friend and we began talking and I completely forgot I had some plates left on the smith machine and I left. I was sent a CCTV picture of myself from the manager threatening membership cancellation for something that happened once. There are numerous things this gym should focus on first such as people using the posing room for 15+ minutes, groups of people hogging machines, and very dirty bathrooms. Stalking your clientele while they are trying work out is an invasion of privacy. Not to mention, I had only accidentally done this once. I have taken time out of my day to remove plates from machines that were left by other individuals. I have had to remove benches from the middle of the walkway for handicapped individuals.

Great gym. Been coming since Ryse in 2017. Got everything I need. 24 hours on weekdays too. Can’t ask for much more. I support the rule of reracking your weights 100%. We’re all grown adults, no one should be picking up after us. If you can rack it on a bar then you can rack it back where you found it. Easy.

If you’re looking for a gym with incredible coaching and the best vibes, look no further! Coach T and Coach K are the ultimate team, and they bring so much variety and energy to every workout. Coach T brings the fire! Her high-energy Saturday boot camps are unforgettable, especially when she puts on a themed class like the 'Jouvert Edition'—it was hands-down the best workout experience! From full-body kettlebell circuits to her signature dance moves, Coach T keeps us smiling and sweating. Plus, her lively spirit always bring extra motivation to push through every session. Coach K, whose Pilates classes are the best around for core strength and balance. She has a calming way of challenging us, and her classes are the perfect blend of intensity and relaxation. After one of Coach K’s sessions, you leave feeling strong, centered, and totally refreshed. Together, Coach T and Coach K are like the perfect yin and yang duo, and they make every workout memorable. Highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to be motivated, inspired, and part of an amazing gym family!

I’m surprised there is not hundreds of more reviews on here. I know the impact of I Can Fitness is huge on the local fitness community. I was pushed outside of my comfort zone today and I’m thankful for that. I am determined to have a different body by my birthday which is in 3 months. Today was also a reminder of how out of shape I am but totally a judgment free zone / environment to be in. The drop in rate is only $15 per class which I believe is a steal consider the value you are getting from the instruction! The last time I came to I Can Fitness was like 2 years ago but I won’t wait that long to return again. Thanks for getting my week off to a great start. I will back soon.

Today was my first day, I attended their bootcamp. I must say if you're serious about working out and looking for a place that motivates and don't judge this is for you. I left there feeling so motivated like "Yes Girl You Did It". I look forward to my next work out session. This place is not like those other places, that leaves you wondering if you're doing the technique correctly. The trainers/coaches are walking around ensuring everyone regardless of your level expertise is doing the workout correctly. There's no room for slackers "I was trying to be one today", but one of the trainers quickly reminded me in a very professional and joking manner what I was here for. I must say " I can Fitness" got me feeling like "I can do it".

I have been coming here for two weeks now and absolutely enjoy. I come for the Saturday boot camp and love different exercises and different instructors every week. The classes themselves are high energy but motivating. The instructors always walk throughout the room to encourage everyone to keep going. Not to mention they play great music to keep you energized as well. Each time I had gone, there are always multiple stations that targets a different part of your body. Last week I was hurting in places that I didn't even know existed. Luckily for me, I ran into some friends each time that are motivating me to continue. I will definitely be back and cannot wait until next week!
