This location has always been so nice to visit. I always receive a friendly welcome, its clean, and the guests are just as helpful as well. Big shout out to my trainer Peter! Not only did he help me train while pregnant, but also stuck with me to get me back in shape after. He has made working out an enjoyable experience. I couldn't be more grateful to have such a knowledgeable trainer during a very unpredictable time!

LA Fitness has all of the equipment a person needs to get into shape. I have been working out since March 2024 and still finding more equipment to use as I get into better shape. My PT is Peter and he is awesome. He challenges me but with higher reps and lower weights. This is more than challenging for me. When I work out on my own, he'll help or guide me, when needed. Super appreciative of his attention to detail and understanding my health and age. He is an expert in lifting, exercising and diet. All of the staff are friendly and help out where needed. I have everything here that I need. Come on in and start your personal journey. You won't regret it. My journey continues in 2025.

Nice gym to workout at, usually not overly crowded and the equipment always works. They got basketball and racquet ball courts. Free group classes. Most importantly the front desk manager, Chandler, is always willing to help out if something is wrong. He even took the time to service and fix the sauna on his day off while he was just in the gym working out and I happen to see him and he took the time to inspect and fix the problem. Recommend coming here to get your gains!

I have been going here for over 3 years, and I love the gym. Its HUGE so you never have to wait for a machine and the personal trainer, Kristin is TOP SHELF the best!! The front desk team is super friendly, and the gym has so much-pool, basketball court, squash courts, dance studio, spin room..incredible!

I have been a member for over 20 yrs, 12 yrs in Mesa. You have a new member associate named Jaylen who took my gym experience to a new level of customer satisfaction that was missing at the front counter. He has always welcomed me with a great smile and courteous personality that I had not seen with others that have manned the front counter. I know that everybody is not going to feel happy and cheerful everyday because they have problems in life too but Jaylen seems to bring his A game to meeting and greeting and that is so refreshing when you are not feeling great yourself. LA Fitness will be doing themselves a big favor by bringing on people with his attitude at all locations!

Orangetheory is an amazing workout! I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I first joined in 2018, and spent 5 days a week, building muscle, running regularly and made a few good friends. I was in the best shape of my life! But then covid happened…I left and tried to workout on my own, but it just wasn’t the same, especially missed the muscle building and encouragement these workouts give you. After being gone for 2 years I went back…..It took about 3 months to gain my momentum and I’m getting back on track, but I wished I had never left! Truly worth the money! It’s like having a personal trainer, but surrounded by great people! Thanks Red Mountain OTF!!

I love the structure and the versatility of the workout plus includes it strength training which can be intimidating on your own. The overall friendliness and the atmosphere of having fun while working out is a major plus! The heart rate monitor gives you feedback to make sure you are working out to give your body the maximum benefits. I also loved how amazingly friendly and welcoming Madison and Alex were to make me feel comfortable on my first visit and workout. I was intimidated and overwhelmed by showing up and they made me feel so comfortable. I appreciated it so much. Thank you!

Each day is a balanced mix of body areas and work. The coach mixes rock and pop music at a fast pace to keep it motivating. I am reaching my fitness goals.

Great studio! Workouts constantly change. The studio does lots of fun workshops and challenges. Don’t have to book out far in advance / never too crowded but still a good group of people to help motivate you. It’s nice that you can visit other studios across the country easily when traveling.
