Best Gym near Menifee, California

Insanely nice gym. I go to the location in Moreno Valley (Mission Grove) during the weekdays and Menifee on weekends and its night and day. The staff in Menifee are friendly, the place is kept very clean, the building is more up to date, hardly anything is out of service and the weekend classes are nice! I wish Mission Grove was half as cared for as this location!

This is the first gym membership I've had in about 20 years. The facility is clean and I go at 5 a.m. during the weekday so it is not as crowded. However on the weekends it can be a zoo and due to limited equipment can be a pain in the you know what to get on machines.

I did enjoy the workout with my 3 day free pass. However once I received the membership and went to the gym. I did not have a good experience as they had their vending machine for water down and the water dispenser/water fountain was down as well. Not to mention there are no changing stalls, you have to change in the locker area. Also sorry LA fitness but u claim to have deals to sign up for memberships and there are no deals. I'm not saving any money what so ever if I add a family member. I don't see the benefits. The pool burned my eyes 👀 and I couldn't even drive home, had my mom drive me home. Idk what chemicals the pool has but obviously its not good for you at all when eyes are blood shot red and had problems seeing the rest of the day with blurring vision and burning eyes. Canceling my membership and getting my money back. Giving to stars only due to their customer service being amazing, everyone was very nice.

Aqua Fit Class - I just recently started attending this class in Menifee. All of the instructors are good, but there is one who rises above all. Her name is Pam Johnson. When she teaches, there is so much excitement among the participants. You come in and everyone is happy that Pam is teaching the class. She is my personal favorite for a number of reasons, but most importantly for me. She teaches outside of the water, so that you can see the moves, and effectively to them. I will continue to join the classes she teaches, because I feel her style helps me to achieve my physical goals.

I used to love coming here, I had no issues I would come evenings after work. A janitor started making me feel uncomfortable even after I told him I wasn't interested, as much as I loved coming here it got to a point I didn't feel safe. My friend had same experience So she also left after a while

I’ll start by saying I do enjoy this gym It’s basic, definitely nothing fancy. The staff and trainers are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The cleanliness is where I will lack the star. The bathrooms really need better attention. This is a gym for ALL PEOPLE. That’s what I love so much about it here! All people of all different health & fitness levels attend and all the guests are kind to one another. The classes are a must try, they really helped me get back into my workout groove. All classes I have been able to modify, with the help of the trainers during different injuries. As for the cancellation policy, I don’t have experience with that. I did however begin having health issues and they froze my account with no issue, until I was ready to come back! I see a lot of comments about the cancellation policy and the fine print, we all know What that’s for, I chose not to read it all and that’s probably why I too didn’t know about the cancellation policy 🥸 try their free pass and if you like it stay ! You’ll grasp a feel if it’s for you or not ! One more thing….can you open at 2am on Mondays 🙂‍↕️ sincerely, the early bird!

This facticity is a great gym. It's big and spacious and has all the equipment needed to get the job done. But the reason for my review is the staff. Jamie, Carissa, Devin and the rest of the team at the front desk are all warm and inviting always greeting me by name and they have created an environment that's just pleasant to be in. So, a big thank you to the staff at Fitness 19 Menifee!

Fitness 19 is great. I would give it a 5, but it doesn't have a pool. However, it has everything else you could want. There's even a red light tanning room. Also, there is plenty of equipment and plenty of space to work out in/with.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would! I first joined oceanside fitness 19, that location was small but great manager! Then I moved up here and had to use menifee location. Wish I had canceled in oceanside. This location is dirty and very little cleaning supplies available for us to clean. I wanted to change my membership so my spouse can come with me, the girl made a mistake and extended my contract instead. Tried to get it corrected THE NEXT DAY but apparantly it could not be done and manager had to do it..... The manager here is never around and always told "he will get back to you" but never does. So after all that I decided to cancel my membership because the gym just wasn't good for me. I did it in person but of course wasn't canceled correctly. Had to call twice after that. And ultimately I was charged the wrong amount upon cancellation. Called them, they accepted it was the wrong amount but yet again never corrected it. I had to fight with my bank. Just a nightmare to do business with. (I love oceanside & the Marietta location & manager, wish I lived closer to that one) Dont recommend Menifee location.

The gym is maintained and they have a good selection of equipment to choose. Staff are polite and professional but there is a man who comes in and records women working out when their back is turned to him. He just stares and films you in front of everyone. Staff are aware but there is nothing they can do. Customers see him recording and they don’t report it. I have reported him twice already and had a full on confrontation with him yelling at him inside of the gym. He has recorded me and others. I have been scared for the other women he has recorded. I will be canceling my membership. What a shame this is a nice place.

LOVE this place! As someone who has to be low carb, low sugar, for health reasons, is lactose intolerant, and needs high protein to support my body since I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, this place is a DREAM come true!! Not to mention they have a little area with toys for the kids. The staff is super friendly and I felt really welcomed. The shakes are SO delicious, mama and kid approved! 👍🏼 I’m never going to Starbucks again, will definitely be back for more!

First time customer and will definitely be coming back! Amazing customer service, Lulu is such a sweetheart. Family run business with amazing healthy options. My electrolyte drink tastes great! I got the summer crush refresher. I can’t wait to back to try the protein shakes, Your first order is $3 off and there is a loyalty program. They even do a fitness class on Saturdays, Lulu and Ryan are fitness coaches. So happy I found this gem in Menifee. Great vibes and calm energy, would be a great alternative to Starbucks as they have caffeinated drinks and a nice area to do work in.

Standing outside donut shop a little but ago 11/9 8:15am and the owner said excuse me TWICE So loud and so rude because we didn't move out of the way far enough the first time. Should have used your words and said you were going to prop the door open. Sorry the donut shop was too busy doing great business maybe its their customer service. Just lost customers forever along with the patrons behind us. Do better sir. Not OUR fault the donut shop's line was out the door and around the corner, which i think that's what you were really mad about deep down inside.

Found this new nutrition spot in Menifee!!! It’s a great healthy alternative. Instead of having Starbucks Fraps filled with sugar and empty calories we finally have a better choice of variety of healthy drinks. From pre workout, green juices, fancy shakes, filled with nothing but goodness for your overall health! Just what we needed! There is a full variety of shakes & drinks freshly made. The shop is centrally located, super clean & modern. The owner and staff are very welcoming, and knowledgable. So happy we finally have healthier options in our city!!!! Wish I knew this place was there sooner! Love the tea's and donuts. Super cute place, the owner was very nice and the donuts were fresh and warm. Very good. This will be my go to for herbalife drinks and snacks.

We’ve been on and off members of Powerhouse Menifee since 2016 and we love it here! It has everything we need to get a good workout in, including aftercare with the dry or wet sauna and hydro massage bed! The atmosphere is always welcoming and the front desk staff is always helpful! Julia immediately greets me and always asks if I need the sauna! I love that most of the staff and other members make it a point to get to know each other and it becomes your little gym family! I’ve been a member of many gyms in different states and Powerhouse comes in second compared to LVAC in Vegas!

I was torn between a few different gyms when looking to sign up. I’m so glad I chose Powerhouse! They staff is amazing! My children love the child care area. It’s always clean. The equipment is top notch. They have everything you could need and more…including a cross fit room! I’ve tried a few classes too, don’t let them fool you they kick your booty! So happy to be a member!

Powerhouse has been a wonderful experience for my husband and myself. We love the atmosphere and the staff there. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We would like to give a shout out to Colin at the front desk. Colin assisted us with our enrollment and tour of the facility. Colin is very professional and provides great customer service. Colin greets my husband and me by our names every times he sees us. We love the family atmosphere.

Everything is fine but it's hard to find a staff person to explain the new machines for example the video game/ stationary bike would appreciate someone to advise me please as well as the new shadow boxing device

I love how Jill and Cindy work so closely together to cover each other's classes! I've had a lot of instructors from a lot of gyms in my 70 years, and I have NEVER had consistently better, smarter, or more supportive and kinder instructors. I switched gyms for the two of them! We are so lucky to have them.

I found my groove at The Camp Transformation Center Menifee. Been coming for over three years now. The trainers are excellent and the staff is also great. Some days I have no motivation but I come and end up feeling good. The comraderie is excellent. Everyone is trying to be the best version of themsleves. There is a lot of inspiration. I am in the best shape of my life.

UPDATE 12/09/2024 I am still a member of this gym and I absolutely love it! It’s been a part of my daily routine and I am the fittest I have ever been in my life. It’s a great and fun way to get your workout in and get your heart rate going! Absolutely recommend! I started going here about 2 years ago and was pregnant at the time. The trainers were all so knowledgeable and helped me throughout the workouts. The facility is clean and well kept and everyone is so kind. I highly recommend this gym for everyone; there is not that cliche vibe that some other gyms give off (nothing bad, but you know that natural vibe some gyms give off; a bit intimidating, hardcore, etc) This place is welcoming and I’ve seen people of all ages here. I’m still going and I’ve seen great changes to my body post baby as well! If you lack the motivation to workout, come here and experience the Camp! It’s like working out with family!

I'm so glad I joined TC Menifee. I had such an awesome experience with Daisy Gaba and all the staffs. They have a great fitness programs to help you stay fit. All the Trainer's are amazing too. I highly recommend this place👌

My husband and I were looking for organized fitness classes at 5am and we are so glad we found this gym. The Camp has the best program and the most professional trainers in Menifee.

I love the camp because the people here are friendly, motivating, fun! The coaches always help push us, the environment is amazing here!! I love it!!!
