1. PREDATORY CONTRACT THEY MAKE HARD TO GET OUT OF 2. PLACE IS CRAWLING IN ROACHES I signed up for the community center so my son could have swim lessons and swim for PE as we home school. Shortly after we signed up and (THIS IS WHERE WE DISCOVERED THEIR ROACH INFESTATION)3 lessons into a 6 lesson swim class that we paid for upfront my partner was hurt in a horrible crash. He spent over a month in the hospital surviving 2 surgeries and then needed 100% hands on care at home. I wasn't able to take my son to his swim lessons and frankly forgot about the community center til 3 mo ths after the accident. Due to the need my partner had we had to move out of state. I called to cancel and was told with out full payment upfront of what i was behind they would continue to charge me til the end of the contract. So the more you cant pay the more you will owe. This is supposed to be a place that supports a community. They have no idea what the word means. Im in a much better position now and I'll pay a lawyer $1400 to file bankruptcy before these predatory vultures get another penny out of me.

I called today around 1pm to check if anyone had gotten my email about renting the pavilion at Signal Hill park. The woman I spoke to on the phone stated that I couldn’t book over the phone, I would have to go to the community center. She confirmed that the date I wanted was available (November 30th). I arrive at the community center and I’m told by someone else they don’t book after October 15th or November 15th, she couldn’t remember. I am extremely disappointed that none of this information is on the website and I had to jump through hoops to be told they don’t even rent out areas on the date I need.

Great place, been coming here for years to use the gym for my workouts and what not. The only issue that is extremely nerve wrecking, is the cost. The membership is $35 a month and they boast that you have access the pool and the gymnasium but the pool and the gymnasium are booked everyday by kids sports, etc. which is cool, but it is always at the times when you would normally want to go get a workout in or play ball after work. They explained that the courts and pool is booked each day for 4 - 8 which is the time when most people would be out of work and have a chance to go. Does not seem beneficial to get a membership if you cannot use the facilities whenever it is convenient for you. Sucks because I really enjoyed coming here and the secludedness of the workout room allows me to really focus on my gym therapy. Does not seem like its really made for single people without kids. If you do not have a membership, you have to pay $5 a day to use the facility which if you go to the gym 5 days a week for 4 weeks, adds up to $100 a month… not great.

1 Star Review. Pickle ball is a fun sport. So much so that I wanted to include my family in the sport over our Thanksgiving break. I had called Manassas Park Community Center since we were visiting the area and had asked if it would be a problem bringing 7-10 people with me who didn’t know the game- Dawn said no problem! They even have the wooden paddles, balls, nets. I thought wow- what a jackpot. We went and what a disaster. The person in charge is BONNIE- and she is very passive aggressive. BONNIE even tried to sabotage us using the facility paddles, almost getting in the middle physically so that they would not give us paddies. We had to go to the front desk for their assistance with this- as Bonnie didn’t want us to use them. Even though they had around 30 paddles. BONNIE did not welcome us and got hung up on us setting up a net for three people instead of four. No one needed the court or our space- BONNIE was just being a nasty old lady. BONNIE was very cruel to my family and had such bad energy. Even the regular people that go and play pickle ball said how “Everyone has their own Bonnie story”. Bonnie should be ashamed of herself- this is a game that people come to have fun- not to be tortured every step of the way. We were new to this gym and very excited to come to- we didn’t know all the ins and outs- but after meeting this horrible leader - we def won’t be back. We asked for our money back and Dawn wouldn’t refund us.

A great gym where everyone feels welcome from day one! From beginners like me to the serious weight lifters, this small gym offers a space for all. Great trainers on staff to meet you where you are as you work toward your goals. Best decision I've made in years! Special shout-out to my trainer, Ryan. You're the Best!! Kimberly

A friend invited me to his gym so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to try this place out as I've always wanted to check this place out. My experience here has been pretty positive from my visit. The Gym/Equipment: The gym itself is decently sized. It's not a huge space like commercial gyms, but smaller with just enough machines/equipment for everybody to use. Being that it is a strength gym, there are plenty of powerlifting equipment to use. Plenty of barbells, deadlifts platforms, comp. bench's and squat racks. And, they have plenty of accessory machines as well. Overall, this gym has plenty of equipment to go around and nice quality selections to choose from. The gym was well kept and clean as well. The Environment/Staff: Upon entering the gym, I was greeted by the staff and they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They gave me the tour of the space and I can tell from how everyone was interacting with each other, it was a tight-knit community. Seemed like almost everyone knew each other and it mad the whole environment feel very welcoming. The overall atmosphere was very cool, from the people to the great music selection. It was a fun experience. Overall, a 5/5. Highly recommend checking Unleash'd out! You won't be disappointed. I know I'll be back when I'm in the area again.

I loved this gym! The community, the equipment, and Joe was great! I trained there from when I would do summer lifts for volleyball, and when I would visit from college, up until a bit after 25. My experience was excellent, and you should definitely join this gym. Thanks Joe!

Strong community and respect found here! It’s a cozy gym with everything you could need for all fitness levels/goals. The staff are supportive and Uber friendly ☺️ they definitely go out of their way to make sure you feel connected and are reaching your personal goals. Ive never tried powerlifting before and am still learning. Whenever I have questions, everyone is super kind and uplifting sharing their tips on how they got to their current badass level of lifting. It’s definitely motivating to be surrounded by dedicated humans.

This is a fantastic gym for people of all experience levels! The culture of mutual respect is exceptional, and the consideration given to patron feedback is next-level. A year ago I was new not only to this gym, but to lifting, and I recieved a very warm welcome! This is a real gem of a spot!!
