Best Gym near Lower-township, New-jersey

Day pass visit It’s a large gym with lots of equipment, workout rooms and a sauna. The staff is helpful and friendly. The workout areas in the rear have carpet. It smells. The bathroom is fixtures are dated. My 9/12 visit : new life fitness threadmills.

I got a guest pass for the week when I was in town. Great gym. The front desk staff were super welcoming and the floor has more equipment than my home gym does. I particularly love the CrossFit room for practicing calisthenics skills and deadlifting.

Update: 2022 and still love this gym. The owner is a very nice woman and gives all the credit to her staff. Love this gym. I wish it wasn’t three hours from where I live. Every year while vacationing in Cape May I buy a weekly pass and really enjoy working out here. The place is immaculate, well staffed and has every imaginable machine, etc. I look forward to it every year.

Best gym in Cape May area hands down! Super clean, friendly staff, great crowd of people. Everyone I know goes here, this will be my gym for as long as I’m healthy. Sauna is also a huge bonus as I don’t know of any other gyms around here that have one. Top of the line equipment and plenty of classes for anyone who’s into that. Highly recommend!!

This place is great. I had an issue with my membership, I was unaware of it but it was canceled due to insurance changes. One of the staff, Ben, called me up to tell me this and suggested I contact the insurance carrier. It was true. It was canceled but it was changed to a better plan. By the was all the staff I’ve come across have been helpful Thank you Ben and North Beach Health Club.

My Daughter loves going every night, she comes out smiling and so excited for the next dance move she just worked on. These teachers are more then just a teacher for a few hours a evening they are role models to the entire academy of kids that come and go daily! Keep up the great work for our community.

I absolutely Love AOGAC!!!! My 2 youngest girls go there and they Love it!! Great Staff!! These kids are taught so much while having so much fun! The Owner Jeff always goes above and beyond for the kids! Great atmosphere ❤🤸‍♀️💪🏆🏅

We love it here. Mr Jeff is the best. My children have learned so much in the little bit of time they been there.

Would not recommend. Paid for registration because they said there was only one spot left in class. Went for first trial class and after trial, they said it was full. They said they may have another class starting on another day and would contact me. Never heard back from them so I asked for refund of registration and they said no but I could use registration for another class. Then they charged my credit card for class! Bad business, wouldn’t take a class there if you paid me.
